Had the Spanish Food plate with Yellow Rice, Chicken Stew and Plantains. Amazing flavor and generous portion size. Time Out has earned a repeat customer for sure.

My favorite place to get a plate of Spanish food in Lowell! I got yellow rice, beef with sauce, & salad. There are 2 different types of beef, pork, & chicken. You could pick either yellow or white rice and salad or plantains. For a plate it costs about $12. I think it use to be like $6-8 before COVID :( but this place is so delicious and the women that works there is super sweet!

I can't say anything good about time out cafe. Don't go there for breakfast and sit down. Food took 28 minutes for a simple bacon egg and home fires. When it finally arrives it was not editable. I left the whole meal on the table and walked away. Coffee was server in a stirophon cup and was watered down. Feel like I wasn't time and money going there and it's really not my fault. They should take breakfast of of the menu. I will never go there again!!

They have Guanabana shakes, & lots of other fruity-flavored shakes, yum!Their Pastelillos are scrumptious - either beef, or cheese, or ham/cheese - - all sooo impeccably delicious!Vegetarian options: The cheese Pastelillos are delicious (not dry & very tasty)!Kid-friendliness: There are candy dispensers & choices that kids love too (like shakes & chicken tenders).
