I'm going to start with the positives because there are several. The apple square was big, like a slab of square apple pie and was flavorful. The buttercrunch donut was good but the coconut wasn't entirely toasted so it was less appealing because I am not fond of the untoasted flavor of coconut. The bagel was ok but nothing special, lots of bacon on it and the cream cheese was somewhat plain but tasted good as a combo. I was pleased with the presentation of everything...the sticker with my name in it, the way things were packaged, how the food looked. I wish I hadn't lifted the bagel out with the paper because I never would have seen the hair under the paper. Did it touch the food? Prob not. Was it off putting? Absolutely. I threw the container away and pretended that I hadn't seen the hair, but easier said than done. I wrote this off as "stuff happens" but I wish they had noticed it before sending the food out the door.

My sister and I went to Top Donut to get some tasty treats and overall it was good. We got your standard strawberry frosting, glaze, Boston creme etc. Service was quick and friendly. I also got a hot chocolate that hit the spot! Recommend.

This was my first time trying Top Donut as it's a little far from my home, and I never really pass by this part of Lowell much. I told the worker it was my first time here and she kindly suggested me drinks and showed me a variety of flavors. Because Dunkins is the closest to me, I usually get an iced coffee with French vanilla swirl and mocha swirl, so I wanted to see what the difference was over here. She told me the French vanilla was brewed, so that's definitely a difference. I got a French vanilla iced coffee with mocha and regular cream and sugar. To my surprise, it's not overly sweet at all, contrary to how I look at Dunkin customers who get 20 pumps of swirl knowing how sweet it is. There's no crazy after taste, the coffee is very smooth. If I ever (and I probably won't) try drinking coffee black, I would get it here. The donuts are so fresh and the perfect amount of sweetness. Glazed donuts are like a staple, and theirs is the best so far. It's huge, but fluffy and soft, and the amount of glaze is just right, compared to Donut Shack's overly sweet glaze. And you can tell it's freshly made everyday because of that slight taste of oil, unlike Dunkin' Donuts manufactured taste of their donuts. The shop is big enough for a bunch of folks to just hangout and sip on coffee and nibble on their donuts. Feels very homey on the inside. In conclusion, I'm going to have to travel the extra mile to get coffee next time!

Decent service BUT won’t go back due to huge price increase. I get it; inflation but YIKERS, I can’t afford to pay $10.50 for a sandwich and medium ice coffee. The effects of inflation is unfortunately hurtingmost people including businesses

$36 for 2 dozen mixed donuts. A little pricey to me but they were very good. The butternut ones are my favorite. Maple glazed are good too.

I like this place for all the reasons I dont like Dunkins. I hope Dunkins chokes on a crueller

Lousy service, mediocre donuts and terrible drinks. Why bother to stay afloat with all the other better places. They can't compete with so many newer and better places. Should just shut this place down and do something else if they still have any profits left.

Donuts here are good! -3 stars because I ordered some other donuts which they put in a bag and found a hair in it. The guy told me "it's not my hair" instead of the usual apology. They should wear hairnets here!

Biggest and best donuts and pastries around. Excellent hot or cold beverages. Topacino is out of this world.

I buy their coffee grounds and make it myself at home. Everytime i order a coffee made there the employees get it wrong...i ask for light ice and they literally give me all ice? i end up paying almost $6 for a SHOT of coffee once i remove all the ice. Also they keep changing the cups/straws..theyre very flimsy and barely serve their purpose! Donuts are delicious though...
