Excellent, definitely one of the better ones.Update: there may have been a management change. I went in earlier this week and they took my entire order, charged me for it, then told me after I waited for it that they didn't have any of the things I ordered.What?The poor girl working the register was working by herself at rush hour on her first day! Someone should have been shadowing her. I don't blame her at all, that's on management.Hopefully things will improve.

Morning drive thru I often come to this location. However I'm not sure if I will be coming here any time soon being that this is the second time this week I have had bad experience here at this location. The person taking the order via drive thru rushing and having an attitude, upon getting my food handing me the food all squeezed into a small bag. I already noticed my order was not correct, I ordered two chicken wraps, two pancakes wraps and an order of hashbrown, they gave me two chirriso wraps and hashbrown with bacon and cheese in a cup and a pancake wrap broken in half due to it being pushed and squeezed into the cup they had with the hashbrown cheese and bacon in side the small bag. When I approached the man in the window about it he was not happy I gave him back the whole bag and had to do it again giving me an attitude. Come to Find out its the manager and the same manager who took my other order the first time having an attitude while taking my order I didn't make a fuss due to my order being correct. However, the second time I came to this location they messed up my order along with the attitude again, if the order was right the first time none of this would have happened.

This store is by far, the worst run establishment or business i have ever been associated with. I worked in this industry for 4 years, and know how taxing it can be. But for me to place an order, multiple times within a month, and have to go back to the store because the order is completely wrong, is unbelievable. And then the managers at this store have the audacity to give you attitude about THEIR mistake. I ordered:Plain bagel toasted butter and veggie cream cheeseEverything bagel made same wayBacon egg cheese on croissants4 orders snackin bacon.What i received:2 plain bagels toasted no butter regular cream cheese,2 orders snackin bacon freezing cold.That’s it. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I go back to the store, 409 center street ludlow 1/1/24 @ 11:00 am. Whoever the blonde short woman manager today is, she needs to be canned. The way she spoke to me on the phone, the diss approving glares she was giving me while remaking my food. Fast forward 10 minutes they finally remade my order…. STILL NO BACON EGG AND CHEESE. I mentioned to The managers that they need to run a tighter ship. If you are paying for a service, that service best be upheld to the highest standard. Center street ludlow Dunkin’ Donuts portrays lack of care, lack of accountability, lack of knowledge, lack of superior work efforts, and lack of basic knowledge on how to do their jobs properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

I frequent this location almost daily and had yet another issue with products being out of stock after being ordered and paid for via the mobile app. This time it was the new pancake wrap. The worker at the driver thru window advised that I would have to seek a refund through the mobile app for the wrap I ordered but did not receive. I opened TWO separate cases with online support only to be told I needed to seek the refund or replacement through the store. I went to the store early this morning and relayed the problem to the counter person. Before I could even say the wrap was out of stock, he already knew what the issue was so obviously SEVERAL customers had this issue. He went to get the manager who proceeded to "scold" me because I didn't report it that day. I advised that I was in the drive thru and didn't want to create a delay and only did what the store worker advised me to do. She then wanted to know who the worker was and I described the person and said I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. She seemed more concerned with the worker having done something wrong than making my account whole. I said if every person who doesn't get what they ordered on the mobile app and paid for then that's a lot of money in Dunkin's pocket. She said "We don't do that" yet that is exactly what is happening. The manager then proceeded to say if every person comes in saying they didn't get something...blah, blah, blah implying that I was lying. She said she would rectify the issue only because she sees me there often. What if I wasn't a regular customer? That means it's ok for Dunkin to steal from customers by taking their payment and not supplying their order? I walked out because I didn't appreciate being treated like I had done something wrong. I did exactly as I was told and this is the result I got. Before leaving, I expressed that this is horrible customer service that I present a problem created by your business and I'm told that I'm wrong. Her attitude from the beginning of the conversation was adversarial and a complete turn off from doing business with this location.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese and sausage egg cheese bagel, my fault not checking bags, received 4 plain donuts, tried calling store 4 times no answer of phone. Paid $10.49for 4 donuts, again I should have checked my bag people will say this. Ludlow store.

This place is literally my hevan like the employees are so kind and the service here is amazing me and my friend come here basically every day and I don't understand how The DK here has a low rating like honestly it's the best and I really hope that this place will stay for as long as I live. Like the food and drinks here are also amazing. So if you ever need a place tobhang and chill I totally reccomend the Dunkin donuts here Oh and let's not forget that it always has music playing and it honestly just has a very kind and happy vibe to it so yes definitely come check this place out

The service here is absolutely amazing! I come here everyday enjoying the service, food, and drinks. The workers are very sociable and kind. Me and my friends always make sure to tip them for their amazing services and kindness. We also make sure to always say hi and greet them and they do the same. The food here is also delicious. Its always freshly cooked and delicious. The drinks are perfect too! The place is always sociable, enjoyable, and clean. Overall I give this a perfect 5/5!

Never gets any order right. Got a bag of just plain bacon….why would I pay for a snackin bacon to just get gross cold plain bacon. Most of the time they won’t add on cold foam, ok cool I totally didn’t want it and paid for it anyways. Ignorant and lazy.
