Food was AMAZING! Decor is sweet- cantina like. Walked in and was hit with the amazing aromas of what they were cooking. I was greeted by whom I believe was the owner and said I want whatever smelled so good so she ordered that for us. Steak, chicken, veggies, rice, and black beans. We don't like spicy and they were able to accommodate. All the FLAVOR, no heat. The steak was tender and had a delicious grilled flavor. The chicken was moist, perfectly seasoned and also had that amazing grilled flavor. The beans rice and veggies had their own personalities that rounded out the meal. Two of us ate our fill with a little bit left over and with tip, it cost us $35. I don't know where else to get such amazing food at that price. If you're a foodie, you need to check this place out! They have their own parking. Sorry for the less then pristine picture of the food. We were starving and it wasn't until I took the first bite or so that I realized I hadn't taken a picture. :)

Been coming here since it opened at original location. Price has almost tripled but I don't mind because it is good. Today I ordered a spicy chicken with no spice. My $26 chicken was so small it hardly fed me let alone my daughter. New owner trying to make money and cut corners. Ain't no portuguese people paying 26 bucks for a chicken that small.

I love the food it's delicious!! But the portions are very small, & it's very expensive ? you definitely cannot feed your family here without paying $100.00 or more. Sad because it's so good!

I have been to many places with fried chicken before, and this place’s chicken was easily one of the best.The amount of breading and seasoning was on point, and the fries were quite crispy and had the perfect amount of salt on them. The portions were perfect for my meal, which was chicken tender meal. And just for kicks I decided to grab a steak meal to try out, and I was left deciding whether I enjoyed the steak more, or the tenders more. The steak was very easy to eat, perfectly cooked, and tasted amazing. The timing and flow of this restaurant was smooth, and I would love to see it grow and become more popular in the future.

Amazing food! My son and I stopped in for lunch and the meals were delicious with very generous portions!The service was great, the staff was friendly, and very prompt to greet us! We will definitely be returning in the near future.

The food was absolutely amazing! We got a whole chicken for two with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Chicken and veggies were well seasoned, mashed potatoes were garlicky and creamy. The service was great, the counter person was friendly. Definitely seems like more of a take out spot however, the atmosphere inside left something to be desired. We were the only ones eating there and several people stopped in to take it to go so that's probably what we will do in the future. Still, glad to have this little spot nearby and I will be ordering in the future!

I had the bifana sandwich and it was delicious. Also had fried yucca and it was kind of dry although the garlicky flavor was awesome. I was kind of disappointed it didn't come with any dipping sauce, that would have made a big difference.
All food was delicious! Server very good! No bar and some items not available BUT get the chicken rice and yuca and you will be VERY happy! Highly recommend!

Best surf and turf around. We love the food and atmosphere here. We tried the crème brûlée and flan today and it was so good definitely recommend

Someone recommended this restaurant so decided to try it today. The food is for sure fresh and delicous, and the service is friendly and professional. I went for the grilled shrimp, yellow rice, and fried yuca with garlic sauce. Loved everything, except I really wanted grilled shrimp as the menu specifies, but these are for sure sauteed. Not a grill mark on them but still delicious. The yuca is amazing but wanted more of a garlic flavor. I for sure will try other menu options in the future.
