We paid for 6 tacos and received 4. Called the manager and she was rude argumentative and blamed us for the mistake they made. I noticed when we got home that we were shorted 2 tacos. They will never get my business again. Terrible service. That manager is not customer service oriented in any way.

Usually have a good experience here, food & service is good, however last couple times I've gone I'm told combos which are actively being advertised on the ordering screen are no longer available..I guess they don't update the menu when something is no longer being offered...

Food was cooked very good, but someone failed to prepare our order the way we asked.This was my first visit, so I don't have an average rating, just this one.We ask specifically for a grilled burrito, it was not grilled. We also specifically asked for various sauces and none were provided so we had to go back for them.So this is just my observation for this one time, the person taking the order failed to follow basic instructions.

Maybe I was just hungry but it felt like someone put their whole heart and soul into that potato taco and quesadilla. Potato soft taco is my favorite item on the menu and they do it best here! Staff was fast and very friendly as well. 10/10Vegetarian options: Cheesy fiesta potatoes are 10/10
The Taco Bell on Center Street in Ludlow mass is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. They never mess up my order they always give me the sauces I want, and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend!!
