Wendy's in ludlow is disgusting. Just got 2 bacon and egg sandwiches. bread as hard as a rock- obviously stale. Mouthful of grease when I took a bite. Even a rat wouldn't eat it.

4/3 @603. Lea is the worst "manager". Her attitude towards customers goes above and beyond her horrible work ethic. We called because our food was made incorrectly and was so very old. This is a $7 crispy BLT bag with a large drink and a chili... Lea asked for my coworkers information, my coworker said she'd rather call back. Lea said this was how she's going to handle it. My coworker asked what the information was for, and she said to look into it.My coworker said, once again, she'd call back... Lea then started screaming that it's a scam because she didn't want to leave her information, saying my coworker is trying to steal food from them. Lea decided after that, to tell my co-worker "you can pull up if you got something else to say". Followed by admitting she said that to the general Manager on a 3 way call.This threatening behavior accompanied with defamation could result in a terrible outcome.Let me know why we should return? KFC is right there.

Ordered a crispy chicken blt biggie bag. They forgot to give me my debit card back, so I had to turn around. Once I finally get home, my crispy chicken sandwich literally had chicken and lettuce... no tomato, cheese or bacon. Tried to call, no one answered. I know it's laughable to expect much from a fast food restaurant, but seriously? Absolute terrible experience.

The only thing I can count on from here is that they will screw up my order. Stopped going here for 8+ months because of this but thought I’d try it again, which was a mistake. I’m thoroughly impressed hy their ability to mess up orders so consistently. A waste of time and money.

Today, when we ordered kids meal. We chose for toys not games, yet they gave us games anyways. We went back to ask for toys or anything else, girl denied by saying that they have nothing to substitute, my wife told them, on app we could see there are options, she denied saying, she doesn’t know mobile app.Early I went inside for the order, I had to stand for a long time just to here my answer.Second time when we went, we saw a guy standing next to drive thru for 10 minutes just to place order in drive thru. Only our two cars were there, yet 4 or 5 workers were inside and were taking as long time they could.I really prefer Wendy’s over McDonald. Yet in this area I have to give credit to MacD. You won’t have to wait over 2 minutes. Even Burger King, bad fast food delivers fast service than Ludlow s Wendy’s.And one time we could smell, cologne in our food. That’s violation of GMP (Good manufacturing Procedure) in food industry. Looks someone touched our food. Really bad Wendy’s.

Ordered online, 4 people are working. It’s 5:15 at night. Asked for no tomato (allergic) they put tomato on it. Didn’t get bbq sauce with my order when I asked for it twice. Not only that, the attitude when I went in was BAD. They are basically all standing around not doing anything. One is sitting down in the booth on his phone but then goes back on the floor. Then he goes back to sitting in the booth on his phone. I asked for help finally after I was standing there 4 minutes. Minimum wage minimum effort I guess. Took them 10 minutes to remake my order. Do not come here. I’m not coming here again.

I used to come here multiple times a week for breakfast. The last few months it has been nothing but issues. The last 6 mobile orders I made ended up having to cancel after arrival for various reasons. Wendy's is supposed to be open at 6:30. If you get there before 7 you will sit at the drive-thru and nobody will ever come on the speaker to take your order. The times they do actually take your order they almost never have stuff in stock or ready. You can pretty much forget apple slices or ice in your beverage in the morning and almost always a missing ingredient from the sandwich. No longer my go to breakfast in town.

The salads are not fresh. Limited option selection on menu. Employees to busy on their phone. The parmesan crisp crumble croutons were expired.

This is the worst Wendy location ever. They always forget the chips, sour cream and salsa when I order the taco salad. I had to turn around and go back in order get it. Also one employee told me to "lose the attitude," instead of apology.. Never again.
