The coffee is decent as are the baked goods and the prices. The staff is always nice. The building itself could use some renovations. Drive thru speaker hasn't worked in years.

This review is specific to todays order, generally we have a decent experience. My husband ordered a couple coffees and two sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels. When he got home we discovered that we received two bacon, egg and cheese on Asiago bagels - Mind you one bagel was as stale as a rock. I tried to make light out of the situation and discovered that the stale bagel makes as a good frisbee. I’m sure the wild life in our woods will enjoy it.

I don't usually write bad reviews but I got an extra large iced tea this morning that tasted like soap. I got it around 8am this morning and took my first sip around 10 and realized it tasted like soap. I tried calling the store but the phone number is disconnected. I've never had a problem here before and the staff is always very nice, but my tea literally tasted like straight dishwasher was used to brew it.

I’m giving 4 stars because 1) the coffee and food I get every time is great. Always tastes the same and is very good! But…. 2)Every time I go I order the same thing, a medium cold brew and a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, nothing else, and it’s a different price every single time. Yesterday I paid $7, today I paid $9.23. The first time I went I paid $4.52. I’ve also paid $8.73, for the exact same order.

Only gave 1 star because i had to. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location. I ordered a large iced Samoa with reg cream and (2) not 5 sugars. It was terrible!! Same as the last 2 times i have been here. Waaaaay too sweet and stuff was clogging up my straw. I thought i would give it another try. Ugh ? Sorry but Gourmet has the best iced coffee imo. ??? No more chances will be given.?

If you fancy a beautiful drive out to "the country," this is a nice destination. The donuts are ok, but admittedly we came at 12:30 when most were gone. Let's call them "mid-day fresh." The blueberry cruller was enjoyable. And the staff was nice. Do NOT follow Yelp directions - the address is correct, but Yelp took us the opposite way.

Price increase that seems to have taken effect in 2022 is ridiculous. $10.50 for a half dozen donuts? Outrageous, given you can get a dozen at Dunkin' for $9.99.

We go to this establishment exclusively for our morning beverages. Specifically the one in Lunenburg on Mass Ave. The products are great, but we also go there because the service is amazing. Cindy and Riley are two of the friendliest people you will meet on any day and make our mornings that much happier. They are both gems and I am sure the owner is happy to have them as employees.

The speaker box that you order at was broken. The car in front of me left without being served. I sat at the window staring in for about 5 minutes. There was a girl inside doing a lot of nothing, we made eye contact but she did not rush over to take my order. Eventually she made her way to the window to take my order.....The customer service number posted on the drive-thru window is not a correctly working number. So that's pointless to try...
