Happened to stop by Conrad's today on our way home. I looked online to see what their Fall hours were & usually are closed on Tuesdays but happened to be opening at 3. We pulled in at 1:30 and they took our order. The man there who waited on us chatted with us for a bit and mentioned he wasn't supposed to be open today but it was such a great day out he couldn't resist opening! We were so glad he did! He was extremely personable and it was an absolute pleasure talking with him. The food was excellent & very reasonably priced. I was very surprised but very glad they serve clam strips Since it's the only seafood I like! Hubby got a combo plate & was a very good helping. It was nice to sit outside today for an impromptu lunch. I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area. You won't be sorry!

Some of the food was okay and some was pretty bad. Everything was soaked in oil which isn't ideal. If you're into super greasy fried seafood, you'd probably like it. Also, for what you get, prices are pretty steep.

We had scallops and haddock! Best scallops I’ve ever had! The French fries. and the slaw is what really makes the difference! Good size portions!

If I could leave a zero-star review I would. One of the dirtiest establishments I've ever been too. The cook was covered in flour, and was constantly wiping sweat from his face and touching the food seconds after. The girl working the counter had no idea what she was doing, and was rushing us even though nobody else was there. The overall environment was not pleasant. I do not recommend going, it would save you a lot of time, and money considering the prices you're paying for food covered in grease and sweat.

At 72 years young the lobster roll was simply terrible, very small portion 1/3 of a pound at $27.00, I could of and should of Market Basket bought one had it steamed and cut it up myself! Conrads makes a lot at 27.00 ea. for 3 = 1 lb. M/Basket has them for 8.99 a lb.Last time I will be a patron, just a rip off!

I stopped here on my way home from Littleton today. I got 2 pieces of haddock and they are excellent. Nice and crispy on the outside and tender and juicy fish underneath. This will be my go to from now on when I want fish. It's only 15 minutes from my house that makes it even better!

Fried clams plate with fries was good although definitely on the greasy side! I personally prefer Kimball's in the summer if they're open (seafood just seems fresher and higher quality), but I hadn't ever tried Conrad's before and it was alright!

No cherry dip soft serve? First time back in almost 40 years and craving a classic Lunenburg soft serve with cherry dip was on my agenda. Disappointing. I had to go to the competition down the street.

So I grew up eating here when I was a kid. Most weekends in the summer my parents took me here and I would hang out in the playground, eat really good fried seafood and just be a kid. So fast forward 43 years later and my GF and I decide to re-live our childhood. Seemed a bit quiet for a Saturday and we're hanging out waiting for our plus 2 to show. A few families trickle in, the kids play on the splinter tower of death, run around the particle board candy house just waiting for a tetanus infection to happen. So our plus 2 shows up and we walk in perusing the menu at 7:05. Fried scallops? Fried clams? Maybe a fisherman's platter? How about a lobster roll? Definitely good old fashioned New England onion rings for sure!! Nope! Nada. Nothing. Zero. Who I can only assume is the owner shouts out from behind the counter "we're done! Just tell them we're done!" The poor girl has the pleasure of repeating the command he just barked out at us. I say "but your sign says open every day til 8?" He shouts back it's "175 degrees back here and it's been that way for 17 days. We're f****** done!" Ok, I get it. It is hot. And I'm sure he's probably had enough. However, a few things. You own a business. Don't be an a******* Maybe install central air. Maybe come out and say "hey folks, we've had a long stretch of hot weather and I just want to get my employees home. I hope you can appreciate that and here's a $10 gift card to come back." Instead you chose to be an a******* I will never go back. Ever. Dick...
