I placed an order at 11:06pm then following the app stated that the order was delivered at 11:33pm but I checked the house and surrounding neighbors houses and found nothing. Then I proceeded to call this location and Eduardo Fernandez the assistant manager stated in a rude tone that my order would be another 20 minutes to be delivered. Another 30 minutes goes by, call the store again and then im told it will be another 20-25 minutes as the driver had 4 deliveries to deal with. Then the pizza was actually delivered at 1205 am.

Hit or miss with this Domino's. Food is great quality but never know what the delivery experience will be like. Sometimes end up waiting a long time. Also- the app needs work. The tracker is only semi accurate. At least they now have Domino's signs on their cars instead of just driving purely unmarked vehicles. Worth a shot, but never know what you'll get.

I was visiting Lynn MA on 01/20/2024 and craved Domino's, placed an order, and a newinsh driver did an exceptional job. I received my order in record time, far quicker than the Domino's in Texas. I had to call the store and thank management, Eddy answered, I thanked him for doing a great job running a store on a busy weekend. Eddy thank you for going above and beyond in running that store.
The staff is very friendly and they provide the best service.

Good pizza next time please sharpen your knives to complete cutting the pizza so we don't have to do it. Also your cinnamon twists are so great but it's not enough & nds more than one tiny icing container. Quality and quantity needs a lil work. I understand inflation but you've stayed to your prices ❤️ I appreciate that.
I called to place my order 7 times and no one answered the phone ? and when I arrived at the store there was no staff there were only 2 staff and there was no order coming out I think they don't want to work there is no responsibility in this

I ordered lunch for my kids and i got home and noticed they didn’t eat it only for me to check it out and realized they got a handmade pizza made with no sauce delivered to me. Dry and tasteless. I called the store to explain what happened and the guy said that was 6 hours ago what do you want me to do, he was so rude. I have been buying from here for a long time and this is the last time. The guy who answered the call needs to learn about customer service.

Thanks Eduardo and David... My food always comes out so good!! Nicely cooked bread bites and good amount of toppings on my pizza. I ordered online and picked up. Sometimes I have to ask that my bread bites aren't cooked so dark that it's hard as a rock to bite into. But these two are mvp.
