I like this pit stop after a fun trip to Barkland Ave with my pups. The lady here this time was decked out for st Paddy's day coming up being almost half Irish Scottish I was impressed and asked if I can take her pic for a review ! The ice coffee is strong and plenty of ice but this is expected from every dunks some places the iced ain't fresh but it def is here I enjoyed my pick me up after Dog park enjoy this nice local coffee joint !

Drive threw line was super long, which could be normal for location but waited at the window for 10 minutes AFTER I paid for my items. Items shouldn’t be made when customer already paid and shouldn’t be waiting that long at the window, which creates traffic for the rest of line.

Beat dunks around, the batista Mariana makes the best coffee. Hands down. That girl knows how to make a coffee. She takes an extra 10 seconds and makes sure to stir the coffee really good and every time I get a coffee from her it tastes like a dessert. Get that girl a rasie!!!!

Honestly some of the best service I ever received Ellen is so friendly and kind she loves her job does it with a smile . I usually go in for doughnuts for my son I don’t get anything but she has persuaded me into some drinks that I’m happy I tried. I work for Food and beverage over 15 years and her service is Top tier!!!! Honestly Ellen is a model employee you are so lucky to have her. I literally go in just to see her and experience great service and her fun drinks. Dunkin Boston street you are lucky to have her.

They Don’t know how to make a ice cold brew. I always go there and they add more cream than coffee. I paid for it and threw it out instantly when I tasted it. WASTE OF MONEY !
If you wanna see some big people this is the place to be. Guy in front of me ordered 10 Boston cream donuts like are you serious. I was planning on ordering one with my small coffee. But nope big guy had to have 10. SMH. Then when I went to order the lady said my coffee would take 5-10 minutes. This is hot fast food lady. This isn't a sit down place. Then when I go to put my card in she turns the screen around asking for a tip. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!? We have to pay a 15% tip on hot fast food now because the company doesn't want to pay its workers. I hate this place.

I had a rude girl just laughing the whole time when my sister was trying to order and I was just trying to pay for my coffee and she just kept laughing so I left with a free coffee at that point I kept trying to get her attention she wanted to notice last min very unprofessional
