This place is unreal. The manager Marie along with Cherish and the rest of the crew made our holiday. My son and I cant do Xmas this year so instead we had some money saved and we both like Dunkins so we placed an order there. A couple coffees along with two wraps and a dozen donuts. We got the order but the outside of the box had a message they had ran out of donuts. We opened it up and they out did themselves. We got a variety of 9 donuts along with munchkins and a couple stix donuts. This was way better than the dozen i wanted . They pulled it off and made us very.happy. Score is 100 stars

Let me see. I have been coming here for 12 years and this is the worst I have seen. The employees are great, always treated me with respect.My issue is with Daniella as the manager (and possibly the owner since my fiance has remarked her concerns directly to their FACE). They are cheap, cutting back on everything from the donuts for frosting and decorations on donuts to how many pumps of flavoring that I am being charged for and not getting. Where does she come off shorting the flavor pumps. I have had to turn around and purchase for $60 my own flavor and since spring I have had to add two full pumps of flavor TO EVERY ICED COFFEE when I get home.Should this continue then you won't just lose one long term customer, but two, for My fiance has decided that she would rather order the flavoring and start making her own so then she knows it will be made properly and she will get the flavoring we PAID for, unlike this store.NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED.
Enjoy going here. Certain employees know me based on my visits here. How I like my coffee. When you're a regular customer and your coffee is ready before you even order, as they know what I drink. This is Awesome. Thank you.
