Bought cheese raviolis that had the right amount of ricotta and were delicious. The Flatbread with basil and tomato was also tasty and when served the next day, after warming, still was crispy.

Great pasta, nice smooth Alfredo and pesto sauce was very rich! They have gluten free pasta which tasted pretty good. Took me over an hour and a half to get there but well worth it for fresh pasta at Christmas!

What a great fresh pasta shop. It seems like this is becoming a lost art, like a shoe cobbler or a wrist watch.I waited in a short line for the shop to open on Friday December 22nd. I purchased 6 pounds of fresh frozen gnocchi and a package of fresh frozen pasta sheets for lasagna.I had zero issues with the lasagna sheets. 30 seconds in salted boiling water and they were ready to go.The gnocchi didn't fair as well. Three minutes in salted boiling water and they came out very soft and began to disintegrating.Several methods later, I got them in the pan with the sauteed shrimp and smoked haddock, added broccoli and white sauce and they tasted great.

Long time customer, just picked up tray of 15 meatballs and linguine and marinara. Serving it on Saturday and I know it's going to be EXCELLENT because it always is! Check out people could be friendlier, but I am not there for that. Only for the great products. Thank you Durum!
