I called to order pupu platter for 2 on menu it says 23.95 and a small pork fried rice. The person on the phone said you have to get large on new years eve. I agreed and asked for total. He said 52.00 I said why it says pupu platter is 23.95 and he said no that's old menu its 35.00. I told him forget it. I'm so mad that they take advantage of us for one of our holidays.

I ordered appetizer platter combination of chicken fingers,wings,barbaque spareribs,I got sick because the chicken wings isn't fresh, it's few days old, it's smell bad,I never eat there again, stay away from this place.

So this place should be condemned! There literally was some sort of hair ball mixed in with the general gau which I am bringing to hospital with me.i vomited most of the awful food up after finding it.i will stop at nothing to close this place.heed the warning.

The fried rice consists of just rice with soy sauce and pieces of pork ? No vegetables onions ? But the ribs are good just need to work on the quality..
I have been ordering from Ha Lin for over 20 years. They used to have good food for the quality and price. These last few years their prices have doubled and the quality is horrible. The sauces have become flavorless and their portions are smaller. Actually let me reiterate that. They fill 80% of your plate with rice and leave you with minimal of the rest of the plate. The ordered a general gao plate and the there's hardly no sauce on the chicken and there's no broccoli or anything else. Just dried up breaded chicken bites. I called to discuss this and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. When I told him that the general gao plates usually come with broccoli he told me I was lying. I told him I have been ordering there for over 20 years and he told me I was lying because he's never seen me before and based off my phone number it was my first time. I have never been so insulted or felt like my business don't matter. And to top it all off there was hair in my rice. Never again will I order from them.

I'll never go to this place ever again.. way over priced. We got veg fried rice. Chicken wings chicken fingers. Pork on the bone.. my husband is now sick as a dog. With Food poisoning. Save your self your money don't buy food from this place. What a waist of 95.00$. they will be getting a call in the morning. To refund my money....

I'm giving this restaurant a 1 star because they charged me based on my appearance. In what world is a combination plate at this level almost $20!? That's awful. I went on their website and checked out the prices and they did not match. They over charged me. Taste wise, i'd give it a 2/5. Very bland food. This was my first time at this business and i certainly won't be returning.

I ordered crab rangoon and beef strips 10/10. The negative reviews must be from the typical "karens". Think for yourself and give them a shot. Idk what is the name of the sauce that came with the strips but its soooooo delicious and they were very generous with the amount provided. Thank you for your service guys!!!
