Its a shame I like nicks but I am extremely disappointed. I ordered shortly after opening on Thursday 10:15 am and the food must have sat for 30 minutes . I ordered a roast beef sandwich and a fried dough and my son got a steak tip fajita bowl and the cook must have rushed cooking the food , we live really close to nicks less than 5 minute drive . the food got here on time in 45 minutes but it was cold and slopped together the roast beef sandwich wasn't made well and was inedible due to too much sauce it was so disproportioned. It seemed like they made the food really fast with no care and it sat for 30 minutes for delivery driver . I believe a good business should take their time and make it well with love . very disappointed I couldn't eat it at all the fried dough was hard with no sugar or cinnamon on it and the rice bowl and steak tips were cold , my son microwaved his as soon as it arrived. Not enjoyable and we spent 40 dollars on something we barely want to eat .

I regularly come here with my children, the atmosphere isn't the most inviting but you can definitely have a seat and eat there if you like. I've only ordered pizza, fries, chicken, and a few subs there. The food is good, the chef is a weapon back there! Fast, clean, and the food off the grille is very good! Pizza is a bit too greasy sometimes but hey it's not bad on my stomach. When I order delivery it's quite a different experience. There is a young woman that answers the phone in a prank style?! I have no idea what to call it, literally doesn't even say the name of the business just start yelling at you or screaming hello or simply says, "IT'S PLAH" or something to that effect. Totally unprofessional, makes me have to double check my food etc it's such a shame. When talking to Nick's pizza on the phone you'll sometimes get a bad experience and nobody will try to remedy the situation. I had to call multiple times to reach someone besides the pranker. Although when I finally did someone else apologized and took my order. I'm a father ordering food for my children to eat for dinner bc I'm tired from a long day, no semantics about my kids or their food. It was totally ridiculous. I hope Nick's learns from this bc 90% of the professionals I know would hang up if they called a business and were greeted in such an unprofessional manner, Nick's just happened to be the closest place at the time. There's is one person at the front that does a fantastic job and she is the one who remedied the situation so thank her very much. If it weren't for her I would've been calling another place.

PIZZA REVIEW 1 OUT OF 10. (1) Being the poorest. (10) Being the highest. I give this chain a solid score of (1). The Pizza here was terrible. I will not order another. They need to take it back to the drawing board. Pizza is not their forte. I can not provide feed back. They need to figure it out on their own. Noticed this business is not ran by the original crew. It was sold some where down the line. So...not happy about that. Very nice people though.
Ordered for delivery. Only complaint is how they send the juicy Mac and cheese. They wrapped it in tinfoil. What a mess. Everything else was fine.

I'm writing this with you for the many times I've ordered from this place if you want good food that actually taste good I would order from here out of all the places I've ordered in Lynn for pizza this would have to be the best spot they have the best combinations, they're very creative overall with their food. Every time I place an order people are actually very respectful and they're down to earth I recommend this place.

I ordered the NEW Buffalo Chicken & Macaroni & cheese. It was okay. Their was barely any cheese on my macaroni and they forgot to give me utensils to eat it with as it was a delivery. I had to eat it with the garlic bread I ordered. The portion was decent but takes away from the flavor when there's no cheese!
