Friendly staff members how ever, they close the doors an hour earlier to force the clients to use the drive-thru. This means that if you order ahead of time you still have to wait along time waiting for everyone else to order their food through the drive-thru.NOT GOOD!!!!

How are you gonna have one person working the front in dinner rush. It’s 559pm on a Sunday night and you have one kid taking orders and making them. 15 minutes has passed and even the person who was sitting down when we arrived has yet to get their order. He hasn’t asked for help and Noones taken the initiative to help him. Poor service. 3 groups of people have left waiting for someone to take their order. Do better.

Ordered on the app! They didn’t put any garlic parm or honey barbecue just plain wings and an extra order of fries when I called to inquire they listened then hung up the phone. Bad customer service!?

This store is the worst with customers service. I went there many times, 80% of order was missed my orders. Many employees changed, but service are still to bed. The food is ok. Manager needs to improve and teach your all employees again!
My daughter wanted wings & they didn’t have anything. Decided to go the next day & they had no chicken. & to top it off tjr person speaking in the intercom was rude & brushed us off when we asked questions.

The chicken is excellent, but the service is terrible, the people who serve the public are very rude and not helpful, today December 26, 2023 they have closed this point of sale at 8:40pm, knowing that the corresponding closing time is 9pm. Please improve public service. Thank you
