Dunkins on Eastern Ave in Malden has the BEST service. The manager is great and he is the employees and gives them great directions.

Had lunch at New York Pizza across the street but the bathroom was "out of order", and told me to use the one at Dunkin. Came here with a courtesy purchase of two coffees, then was told the bathroom was "out of order", and told me to use it at another store. - Don't go to Malden Center, all bathrooms are "out of order"! They don't deserve to have any business.

Their coffee is always terrible even by dunkin standards, and the staff are some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Definitely don't recommend this place.

This location is trash. Workers are absolutely clueless here. Bathrooms are not open to customers, so they add an "out of order" sign to the doors, when employees are seen regularly using those out of order bathrooms. Bagels and croissants are always stale. Hopefully they shut this place down soon and replace it with something the community can actually enjoy. If you want a good dunks, go to the 24hr one on Eastern Ave.

This is a Terrible shopping experience！The cashier looks like a Indian woman. I came here this morning to help my friend place an order, we tried to order in the app but failed, so I told the cashier that we need to reorder one, and we have an account and QR code, she ingore our request，just told us that we can’t order in the app. But It shows that we have this rewards, she did nothing and did not tell other cashier or manager to help us, she’s attitude very bad. That is why we go back to the store to do it again and told to the manager. As of today, this is the second time happened to me, and I don't want it to happen again.If you want to have a good day, stay away from that Indian woman!

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato & it tasted nothing like it but a burned coffee. What a waste!!!

This Dunkin' is solid. Close to home, always open early. I can't complain. Lots of those HS kids come in there. You can't please everyone but the most you can complain about is the way the foods cooked but that seems to be a universal Dunkin theme nowadays. They get slammed with so many orders. People ordering stuff they could prepare/cook at home and I'm sure these franchise managers get on the staff about lines and times. Just remember that next time you order, or try putting that apron on. It's no walk in the park.
