I brought a large hot coffee with 4 cream,4 caramel and 2 vanilla swift..The coffee had no taste because the guy didn't belly add those things to the coffee. I couldn't even drink it.

I would give this a zero if I could, I walked in used a coupon for a free coffee on my reward and she took my phone and used my points to buy the coffee, which is equivalent to a lot of money. Thanks to this place I lost money.

FOOD WAS STILL UNDERCOOKED! I dont know how it's even possible with pre-prepared food, but my everyday sandwich and egg bites were undercooked here. The owners were extremely rude. They charged me for water and would not refill the napkins. I asked to use the bathroom and they said no. Overall, a horrible experience. I wouldn't nit have even given 1 star

Food is significantly worse (even a fresh sandwich is not crunchy, marginally wet) than in other branches, toilet is not working (or they just don’t want to clean it, not sure), tables are dirty, they don’t provide free glass of water.

They made my drink way too sweet. I didn’t complain about it, but simply asked nicely for a cup of ice so I could make it less sweet myself. However, they refused. There are plenty of other locations with better service, so I suggest trying other places if you’re reading this review.

They could easily get a 5 star review because the coffee is usually spot on, but the attitudes in there are terrible and it all starts with the manager. You can say thank you 6 times back to back and they will still ignore you and not say you're welcome (happens every trip)- especially if the transaction doesn't go as smoothly as they'd like. Like God forbid you ask them to scan the app again when the scanner doesn't pick up the promo....and your doomed if you ask them to remake something (death glares). I totally understand why employee retention is an issue at this location. That manager is just wicked!!! This location is canceled as of today. I'm not paying for an attitude. I'd rather take a shot in the dark with getting a good coffee and go to a location where they're not so miserable every day of the week.

I walked in today with my two friends, one of which had his service animal, he is visiting me from the south shore today so he didn't have her vest with him, which also isn't required but i understand the confusion sometimes. She immediately said to him "no dogs" so he announced "shes a service animal" the worker proceeded to say "still not allowed." and he again, said "shes a service animal." She asked for her paperwork, which he had left in the car and she is not allowed to ask for. Me being the advocate I am for invisible disabilities, I looked up if this is allowed. It is not. I believe this woman was a manager as she had a different shirt color, this is completely unacceptable. At least she let me order my coffee. Below is a screenshot from ADA.gov of the general rules on service animals stating that 1. she isn't allowed to ask for paperwork and 2. my friends dog isn't required to wear her vest at all times to "prove" shes a service animal.

This particular Dunkin' had no seating still due to Covid I'm guessing but what was worse was I was with my elderly father who needed the restroom and neither of them were open. We were told neither were working. ????

This dunks used to be on point with everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else cause I knew they'd get it right every time, but I haven't been able to come back here for a while. Every latte I order is incorrectly made, and the sandwiches are cold. My wife orders bagels and it's 50/50 whether or not they're toasted, and the cream cheese is NEVER put on, busy or empty. Overall, place needs a little help.

This Dunkin Donuts location is the best. The one on Middlesex Avenue is absolutely terrible! Order is always right, they actually put the right amount of esspresso in all drinks, and the people working there are very nice. Thank you!
