Poor COVID compliance. One employee had mask over chin; I asked her to put it on. Another is wearing it below her nose. Tables are uncleared and dirty. Take out order was 20 min late.

Terrible during this pandemic asked if I was American to know if they wanted to assist me . Food took 40 min then they started speaking in Spanish saying bad words because I asked for delivery instead of waiting outside for another 20 min so disgusted by this establishment especially during this time .Why am I outside ? Making sure an essential worker can eat/have lunch . This place didn't care .

This place is very disappointing. My wife and I came to get tacos. Something that doesn’t take long at our regular restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes and nothing. After talking to the manager he said they just starting making them when we were the only people in the restaurant!!! After 40 minutes he came back out and said they were made wrong! And after 55 minutes we finally had 3 tacos. The manager then began to be rude to my wife after she showed him the receipt showing the time stamp of when we ordered and when we got the food. Very very disappointed and will not be returning. Avoid this place at all costs. It should take 10 minutes tops to make tacos but instead it took 55 minutes.

Smallest large sub I've ever ordered. Paid $9 for what would absolutely be a small anywhere else. Also ordered Peanut butter Milk shakes that came as banana instead.

I used to LOVE Fajita's Mexican Grill & Pizza and probably ordered at least once a week. Sadly, after today's experience I unfortunately will never return. I ordered my usual combo fajita and when I got home to my surprise there were no tortillas. When I called the restaurant back to see if anything could be done the "cashier" was rude and ignorant. I asked to speak with the owner but his response back was that he was "busy". The "cashier" advised they were busy and there was nothing he could do. He explained how I should drive back and pick up the tortillas if I wanted them that bad. Needless to say food was tasty as always. However, I refuse to help a small business who treats their customers like trash :-( anyone have suggestions for a new place?

Been a customer here for awhile, food is decent.. when I got it delivered the food would come with the sauce all spilled over the bag, but hey what I get for not making my own food at home. Recently, I got a take out order and they missed an item... as I understand things happen, I called them.. thinking they would make it right, an apology.. idk something other then something along the lines of deal with it we are busy. Terrible customer service.. they have a kid running the restaurant and handling the customer feedback/complaints. Not a good experience, love supporting my local small businesses but I'll be going elsewhere for my fajitas! In summary: Food ok, service terrible.

This business is under new ownership and boy what a difference! Restaurant is clean, food is fresh and delicious. The owner really cares about your experience so if there is a problem be sure to let him know. Happy customer :)
Ok so I've been ordering food from here for over a year now and I guess there are new owners.. I placed a phone order and asked for the usual nachos I get. I was asked if I wanted beef or steak on it and I said no, I want it regular (no meat). I went to pick up my order then I get home and opened the container and it had chicken on it. I called the store to say they got it wrong and he said I wanted it regular. Well apparently their regular nachos now come with chicken on top. I told them I've ordered nachos there multiple times in the past and it never came with any meat unless I asked for it. He said they are new owners and that's how they do it now. I asked them to make me a new nachos with no meat and to deliver it to me which he agreed to do. I gave him my address and said it would take 15-20 min. After 45 minutes went by I called again and was told I'd have to place an order for $15 for a delivery.. I told him it was not my fault the order was wrong that I wasn't coming back to pick up a new order of nachos. He then said he had no driver to do delivery.. I then requested a refund and I was told he didn't know how to do it that he would call me back in a minute. Next thing I know about 10mins later it was delivered to my house with the delivery driver expecting payment. I said no I'm exchanging a wrong order he looked baffled but said ok. Sad to say I most likely will not be ordering food from them anytime in the near future.

i would like to let everyone kno the employies and manager are very rude and dont take complaints easy i called to explain one of the drivers for them thru grubhub parked across my driveway to make adelivery to the house behined my house and my husband asked him to please dont park there and he told my husband 3 times f*** you after giving him the finger and when he first walked thru my driveway my husband asked who he was looking for looked at him said doesnt matter its not for you so then i called restraunt he owner yold me well i dont know whst your husband got mad at needless to say 3 weeks ago my husband had a heart attack and i had to call the medical aid for him yound punk driving had no respect for a man in his 60 disabled vet at that i would never ever order from them very very rude

Ordered takeout today with my family, I got the thanksgiving panini - they used strawberry jelly instead of cranberry sauce! Yuck! My daughter got a strawberry milkshake also yuck! My husband and dad got burritos that they thought were decent. Plantains were good but portion size was lacking. For the money we spent we likely won't be ordering again. Menu looked promising, food was a let down!
