Didn’t give me the credit card slip to sign and they ended up giving themselves a tip. Clearly they like to steal from people and I’m a customer of 5+ years. Stop order from there before cause they take an hour and thirty minutes to deliver a salad ! Would give zero if possible.

First and last time there. Roast beef was thick and fatty. Not a good portion either. Salad was no good. Didn't even attempt to eat it. Chicken fingers ana mozz sticks over cooked and dry. Prices were decent but I would assume pay more for quality.

Kitchen staff were refusing to wear masks while on shift. If they're refusing to follow basic protective measures during a pandemic it's likely that they're not following cleanliness standards either.

Mimi's used to be my favorite place to go for fried clams (I've always liked theirs more than Kelly's'). But today there were two people in the kitchen, one wasn't wearing a mask and the other's nose was not covered. When a third employee entered to pack up some takeout orders, he pulled his mask down to his chin before doing so. When I confronted the half-mask-wearing kitchen employee, pointing out the posted signage indicating "No person is allowed in this establishment without a mask, bandana, cloth mask, or other facial covering per the Order of the Malden Board of Health" he responded something to the effect of "There's nothing I can do" and did not re-secure his mask adequately and did not seem to care in the slightest about my complaint for their non-compliance. (If they can't follow simple pandemic protocol, who's to trust them following other health related measures?)

The food is ok, but the delivery driver will hustle you for A tip. A tip is for good service and this delivery driver they have is rude and demands "tip". NO service no tip.
The fries were old and soggy the wings were bland and all greasy not to mention the chicken parmesan sub was the worst of all,the sauce tasted of old tomatoes and the chicken was raw I do not recommend ordering from them with such low quality food and I had to pay $50 so there was that.

Ordered food here from Grub hub. said it wasn't closing for another hour. So I placed my order and the restaurant accepted my order. I showed up to pick up my food 10 minutes early, I was planning on waiting in the parking lot, and they were closed.

Typically amazing combo roast beef / chicken finger platter.Hours may not be the same currently. Placed an order tonight at 9 and they aren't picking up as of 10-1030, and voicemail disabled.
