Terrible delivery absolutely terrible the delivery driver tried making us pay again for the food we order on grub hub. We can see the slip that shows we paid for it and the driver like no that’s the bill and then when he saw he wasn’t getting us to pay he said we owe 2.00 for a topping added to the pizza.On another day the driver called us and asked for a bigger tip he didn’t like his tip and wanted more money.That’s twice and talking to the person that picks up the phone won’t let you talk to a manger she just says sorry we will talk to the driver. Then nothing get done

Nyc pizza is a hit or a miss. For me personally, the pizza is great. Haven't tried anything thing else on the menu, but it does get packed sometimes, and I see other ppl grabbing other items. The place is not your high class artisanal pizza but hey if your down to earth and want a decent slice come check it out. The buffulo chicken and cheese pizza are on point, and what I usually get on the run

Sticky tables, dusty decorations, and a general air of neglect painted a picture of a restaurant in dire need of a good scrub.

The pizza is great if you get it hot which only happened once since we started ordering from this place they have messed up every single order. Between being 2 hours till we get it ice cold and being told it was my fault for not calling when I called several times. they said they would make good of the next order and they didn't then they went to the wrong location and by time we got it it was cold never made good of it. this time they didn't send all 3 pizzas which i repeated twice and they claim its my fault just to be told by the jerk on the phone every time they come to this address there is a problem YES because every time we order you screw it up. We no delivery to your address no more that's fine your not the only pizza place in Malden. Pizza is great service is trash.

15 minutes estimated time ended up being one hour when i finished eating and went home i ended up sick threw up they changed this place so much pizza different fries chicken they changed alot and taste so bad
I witness the guy who was making my sandwich was NOT using gloves. He opened the sub with his finger nails and added tomatoes and onion with his hands with NO gloves!! This is so disgusting!!!!! The other guy who makes pizz was using gloves.But people who are making food behind the scenes don’t use gloves. So disgusting ??

Literally one of the best buffalo chicken pizzas I've had in a while. Their phone is always ringing when I'm picking up my pizza which is how I know this place is popping. I usually call ahead and the pizza is ready within 20 minutes. The lady who works at the front is always slammed with calls but makes time to serve the people at the restaurant as well. Sometimes, it's a little chaotic, but I promise you it's worth it. The pizza itself is thin, crispy and soft. The dressing on top makes it all come together. The chopping chicken pieces in every bite and the perfect amount of sauce make this pizza a must try!
