Read a customer's review from 5 months ago. SAME thing just happened to me. I have been going there for years. Peking ravioli was burnt more than I like. I asked if he could remake.. "That's how it us! Its the best" he says. I called to speak to him calmly he hung up on me. Not worth the rudeness..guy needs a wake up call. Geez louise lol..also asks to pay cash for a discount but never get the discount

I actually liked the lo mein but for $17, I expect more than 5 thin pieces of beef. Also their crab rangoons are 90% wonton 10% filling.

Been getting our Chinese food here for years. I haven’t had the issues others have mentioned in their reviews, but I can only speak for myself. We usually order the same items: scallion pancakes (best ginger dipping sauce ever), beef lo mein, veg fried rice, and crab Rangoon. Always good and pretty consistent. We pick up our orders, so I can’t speak to issues with delivery and tips.

Awful customer service, manager/owner is so RUDE! Got a few things and the orange chicken was clearly burned! I called the restaurant to let him know, the sauce was black and the chicken was ridiculously hard and you could smell and taste that it had been burned! Even my dad who eats anything said it was burned and wouldnt eat it after tasting it. I was trying to explain to him and the owner/manager man kept cutting me off telling me "THAT'S NORMAL!" In a loud aggressive tone. Preceded to tell me don't get the Orange chicken next time, I told him I'm not getting anything anymore. He hung up on me. This was actually not the first time he's acted in this manner when something was wrong with the order. I didn't buy anything from here for a few years because of his attitude, so now for SURE, I will not and neither will my family. What a j****

Ordered General Gau chicken and it was very dry and upon dropping a piece on my plate when we got home, it made an unappealing thud sound. Tasted like it was hanging around for a while. Same this with Beef teriyaki, was dry and again was not fresh. Been there before and it was OK. Spent 50 bucks and was very very disappointed.

After placing a delivery order was before the closing time of the restaurant as indicated by the website, I was called back by the restaurant about whether I was going to tip with credit or cash. If anything this is very professional and as a customer it felt very awkward as a tip should never be assumed.I wanted to tip the driver anyway when they arrived with the food, but another awkward interaction around tipping quickly ensued.

Terrible customer service. Called to place an order and after asking for a special request I was told to hurry up. Order taker told me he was busy. Very very rude. Have ordered here for years. Never again. I have a choice of restaurants and this one will not be one of them.

Went for food tonight that included a pupu platter, rice and Lo Mein. We have ordered from here for many, many years without a complaint/problem. However, tonight when we bit into a chicken wing it was BAD. We could clearly smell the spoiling chicken smell. I called and politely said that there is something wrong and the chicken wing. The man actually yelled at me and said they get their food daily and it's impossible. He hung up on me. I drove there with the wings and said I am afraid someone will get sick to please take them out back and smell them. He again was very upset with me and said it is the marinade that I just want money back. Well I never once mentioned money and had even left a generous tip. I just don't want someone to get sick. I have never been treated so poorly. That chicken wing will make people sick. Avoid at all cost. Will never go back.
