I was a regular customer and I will not being coming back for sure. We ordered it's signature skewer pot, but it tastes horrible. What's worse is that what we got is different from what we ordered. Highly not recommend, especially for take out. I usually don't waste time on writing negative reviews. But the experience is so poor that If I could leave negative 2 stars I would!

This place is absolutely horrendous! The food is laughable at best and the service is terrible. I have ordered at this restaurant twice. Once dine in for their skewers. Half of things I ordered that were supposed to be on a skewer just fell off. (You get what you paid for really 1$) Take out Churro Sticks were bricks and could not be eaten at all. If you have a choice do not come here. The prey on one and done customers.

My friends like this place. I think it's ok. It can turn out to be expensive. They are not too accurate to give the order for 串串. The 串串is ok. They also forgot to take 2 of our orders. They are slow in serving the food. Appetizers are served after the 串串. The jellyfish is ok. The 卤牛腱 can be very tasty or sometimes super salty. The sauce was not spread evenly. It's better to order rice to go with it. The menu picture does not match the order. There're dumplings with different colors on the picture. We confirmed with the waiter, but we only got the ones with ordinary color-white.

Something is missing in my take out order and boss told me he trusts his employees so why trust me? I was angry and did drive to his restaurant and the boss took 7 dollars from cashier and said he is not short of 7 dollars. What kind of people this is?
The boss of this restaurant is a stupid ***. Don't try this restaurant otherwise you will be such angry and come to write a same comment. The boss said he doesn't need stupid people like us go to visit his restaurant. That's pretty cool. 留学生好欺负呗？实名建议大家都别去了 谢谢！

Just Love this place, extensive menu with many options, love the dumplings, the spicy dry pot was so flavorful, one of the best ones i had try in Boston, their crab porridge is sooo good too! Price is really reasonable, would definitely go back!

This place is awesome, spacious restaurant with old school video games and a bar. My boyfriend and I got the steamed house dumplings and skewer pot which were both very delicious. We chose the spicy level 4 and it wasn't too spicy however a type of numbing spice. There's lots of options for skewers, which were great. My favorites were the tofu skin, enoki mushroom and quail egg skewer! My only gripe is that for $1 a skewer, they should add just a bit more food on it not just two pieces on a stick. But the price overall is fair. my boyfriend and I enjoyed the food and we would definitely come back again soon!

I had gone thousands of restaurants in China， I can understand that we cannot expect too much to the food in the US, but this place is the hell.
