Unfortunately the place gets stingier every time I go, and it’s something that I have talked to others about and they seem to have the same opinion. The ice cream is delicious but for the price, the portions are becoming smaller and they’re SUPER cheap on giving you any mix-ins which, isn’t that the point of the business? Its unfortunately never consistent and I wish their sizes were what they used to be.

Mainly reviewing to state this place is understaffed with only 2 people on duty. Lines 30-40 mins long. I was just in line with 15 people in line ! Perhaps they should halt online orders when it gets this backed up.

Went tonight for the first time. The gentleman who waited on us was polite, full of energy, showed interest...great customer service. He deserved a tip and got a tip. He knows how to do his job well!!!

Disgusting. The door to the back opened while we were in line and you could smell a vomity smell coming from there. We saw a loud woman with a thick accent walk by while someone else took our orders and when she did we could smell her BO from the other side of the counter. There is no way that is hygienic. Nauseous on the spot. Do not go here.

As someone who has an allergy it would've been nice if the workers there would confirm what was in a certain ice-cream. ive gone to other cold stones before and they went through the allergy process with amazing customer service. but at the Mansfield one Thursday night i got an uncertain answer from the workers on shift. "im not sure, idk, ect". especially bc they also scooped the ice-cream from the front end and not a fresh one in the back . this made me feel uneasy while eating there.please train your workers.
Ice cream is okay. Staff just do not listen at all. I really felt like things were off in there. Why no tables either? How uncomfortable

I walked inside of the establishment and got greeted by this young man he was super polite and very accommodating he walked through some of the flavors and what his personal favorite was at the end I paid for my ice cream (very delicious) and then asked for his name since he was so polite, he said Marcus so if y’all run into him your in for a treat because he is a great worker
