Made me drive out of my way to another location after they refused to make my order because they didn’t know how to ring it in lol. absolutely ridiculous. i know damn well when i was working at DD if we had the ingredients we got the customer what they ordered and figured it out on our end because that is not the customers problem.

This location is hit or miss, good location, not much parking because of other establishments. Friendly staff. But depending on who's working will determine whether or not good service. Wait time was a little longer than I expected considering no one was in line.Location is clean. I worked here and was fired for something stupid and the manager Ed got in my face and belittled me me in front of customers in the drive-thru, this place is the worst to go to. It's the worst place compared to Foxboro, Foxboro your treated like a friend.

At drive-thru BEFORE finishing my order, I changed a med Hazelnut from reg to cream 2 Splenda. Was TOLD " SHE ALREADY MADE IT YOU REALLY WANT A NEW ONE?" I replied yes. At drive-thru window a long time employee who's amazing, I ASKED her to check to make sure the coffee was correct, an older man began yelling at the employee "It's correct , SHE screwed up and changed her mind! " She being ME! I asked employee if he was the MANAGER she said YES!! This employee could not have been nicer or more apologetic over the incident! Honestly I wanted to address this manager however being so hostile I was afraid what would happen to the employees afterwards. I will be calling corporate in Braintree Monday a.m. Poor representative of Dunkins brand. That manager should be reprimanded immediately and retrained according to the brand and employee relations, nevermind customer service. !!! Disgraceful behavior!!!

All the stuff there are great and friendly they always knew my order and prepared very well I really appreciate there hard work.
I'm not sure what happened a month ago from this review but it sounds like a salty employee had a bunch of their friends write bad reviews lol. This location always get my order correct and the woman with the dark hair at the window is an amazing human! She is always so nice and makes my morning commute so much better! We have to protect her at all costs! Love her!

D&D coffee is not what it was so long ago. Staff were great, friendly and caring to make your order correctly. Very clean in the dining area and counters.

I’m leaving a 1 star review here for the manager I just saw berate another employee while I was waiting for my food in the drive thru. I wish I got his name but the way he was yelling at this employee over making a drink was BEYOND ridiculous and I hope that employee walks out. The employees here are always great and never have an issue with them but this manager needs to go!
