Just ordered at the drive-through and understand now what all the negative reviews are about. The woman taking my order seemed really annoyed and like she didn’t understand what I was saying. There was a long silence, then a sigh through the speaker. I had repeated 3 times what I wanted, got my food and noticed the fries and my drink were missing. When I told them about this, they just shrugged their shoulders and said “well this is what you ordered”. Whatever happened to good customer service…? If you barely speak English and hate people, maybe don’t work in the hospitality industry. I’m a foreigner who used to work in hospitality, so I’m allowed to say this lol. Not coming back here until they train their staff better and get their act together.

Take great nephews here often & service is always great. This one day there was a line @ the door as they were down one of the sandwiche makers. The staff were so kind & sincerely apologetic that Not One Person Complained. Kudos to the one guy with a gorgeous smile keeping all entertained & happy.

Overall, very good. The space appears fresh, clean, and modern. An abundance of natural light. Regarding the ordering and pick-up process, the ordering counter was a little disorganized. Additionally, the parking lot is one-way, meaning that in order to park and use the drive-through, you must go a considerable distance while dodging oncoming traffic.
