Friday night and I knew it would be busy. We ordered 2 sodas, mozzarella freittas as appetizer then one small pepperoni pizza. Came to $48! A ridiculous price for the amount of food we received. The mozzarella appetizer only had three pieces to it which were not very big the pizza had a crust so thin you couldn't really pick it up to eat it and the sodas came in a small glass which meant we had we had to get refills in which we were only able to get one refill. I understand there's a food shortage and the cost of food has been increased but to pay $12 for basically three mozzarella sticks is ridiculous and our small pizza to share was more like an individual size pizza. Will think twice before going back here again.

Underwhelmed by quality, overwhelmed by grease.I don’t know who in their right mind thinks that a half cup of grease/oils in a “baked pasta” dish is acceptable, but it’s not. Ordered a baked pasta dish, and it came out sizzling from the oven and the grease, whether added or from mediocre cheeses, continued sizzling, bubbling, and frying away for about 5 minutes. Used napkins to wick the grease away from the bottom of the dish once it cooled down enough.Aside from that issue though, everything else was okay. Not spectacular, not “oh my god the best food I’ve ever ate” amazing, just okay. I always heard so much about the amazing experience of Bertucci’s, but after one visit I realize how much of an insult to traditional Italian cooking this place actually might be. Sure they have some staples, but I’ve never seen such a mishmash of cultures and styles have the audacity to just label themselves Italian and not like “Italian style” or “family” restaurant. Like rigatoni (not even penne) vodka with PEPPERONI???? The price doesn’t help them out either. I’d rather have the greasy pasta served in an aluminum foil tray at my local pizza shop than some of this overpriced slop. Like I said, it’s alright, just don’t get your hopes up too high.Word to the wise, if you’re calling your cuisine Italian, brush up on Italian cuisine. These chains, the Olive Gardens and Bertuccis of the world, don’t deserve half the praise they get for selling Americanized, grease laden calorie bombs that they classify as “Italian food”. This isn’t Italian at its best, that’s for sure.

Gave me moldy broccoli... not sure how they missed that or they just didn't care, the waiter didn't even seem surprised at all when I pointed it out, they kindly took it off the bill but I just wanted fresh broccoli like it's states in the description. I was more disappointed and grossed out, I am not one to send food back but I was grossed out since I already ate a few, I just expected better and the waiter's reaction made me feel like he either knew what they were serving or that's not the first time he's heard that. Also could help but notice the employees jokingly talking about getting fired, the overall staff seem very young and unprofessional, this will sadly be my last experience at bertuccis.

Have gone several times this summer each time with Erika as our waitress. Could not have asked for a better experience each time. Great deals... Buy one get one pizza one time and 80's throwback menu and prices the other 3. Food was delicious. Best bread and oil to dip it in around!!! And one of the best servers..... Friendly .. Funny ... Helpful...... Could not ask for more.

Really had a great customer experience today. When I ordered accidentally as "pick up" for company's lunch, they right away said it's not a problem and hand delivered the food to our office. I was panicking that my team won’t be eating team lunch on time. Everyone was fed well and happy. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me and the lady who delivered the food. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much!

It has been a while since we stopped in. The pizza was great, the salad was fresh and the waitstaff attentive. Plus it was buy one get one free Tuesday so we brought one home! No complaints.

Honestly, this is the first time I've ever had to give a one star. My girlfriend arrived at 5:00 on Saturday. We got told that the wait was going to be 25 minutes. Okay, well we wait and almost an hour passes. I go in to check how long the wait was and got met with a "We sat a very large group and we will not be able to seat anyone until after." Now this group arrived 10 minutes after we already started the wait. I understand if we called in before hand, but what I can't understand is why they even let us wait for an hour if they already knew a group was coming in that large. Why not tell us up front. We ended up driving 15 minutes to Westford to the other Bertucci's and we have been treated wonderfully and got sat immediately. Honestly, I'm just upset, disappointed, and above all, irritated that A) the hostesses let us put our name in for a table when they knew there was going to be a large group or B) sat a group that came in after us before us.Edit: Forgot to mention how after I had this conversation, the man who checked in behind me 50 minutes earlier got told the same thing.

My absolute favorite dish here is the Baked Chicken Gratinati.

Loved the cannoli! The 80’s prices are a great way to spend a night out with friends. Also really enjoyed our waitress, Erika. She took amazing care of our table and was so friendly and attentive.

The appetizer came out at the same time as the meals and was still cold. The meals were just ok nothing special. The waitress did not ask us if we wanted refills. The best part of the experience was the bread rolls and oil. Because Ive been here before and everything was great i am giving 2 stars. It was probably just an unlucky visit.

service was slow... waiter had too many tables. It took 20 minutes to get our bill to pay. the menu items and descriptions are misleading... their chicken broccoli and ziti says with a lemon cream sauce... there is a big difference between a lemon cream sauce and alfredo sauce... I couldn't finish my lunch and when I got home I was feeling sick to my stomach an hour later... I have gone here before with the same issues.. I thought maybe it was a bad day... but I guess their bad days are continuous..

Great food, great service and family friendly restaurant. My family and I have made this our go to restaurant when we decide to enjoy our dinner out. *We will also be requesting Erika as our waitress as she remembers us, our order and her service has been like no other!

Our server was great. However we arrived at 2pm for our reservation. Was told oh no when did you make this reservation (hours before) we just got slammed with 2 big parties. They had a reservation for 7 but now there is 12... ok not our problem I thought. Greeter said, not sure what we can do for you. Really we had a reservation? They struggled to find us a spot. But the initial conversation was simply I don't think we can seat you. Was pretty upset as we were in between games for a hockey tournament and had limit time, hence why we booked a reservation. As mentioned server was attentive and great, wish I got his name. Food came out quick and was tasty.

Excellent! The service and the food were fantastic. Managers were great especially Andrew. The food was so fresh! My friend said that it was the best brick oven pizza that they have had in ages, just the way they asked for it. Fantastic. See you there.
