We were so happy to find a good chinese take out even though it was quite a distance from us in warren MA. They took off the menu egg foo young within a year, it was very disappointing! Now we only stop in when in area, and that for my wife. But I choose not to go there because of my favorite dish being removed, and a few other chinese which did the same we never go to anymore. Signed A Servant of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. Amen. A text from Chin's Garden saying there open new years as there resolution, order now. My resolution is to go to the places that have egg foo young on the menu.

I don’t know what’s so special about this place that I always see it packed time to time. Customer service sucks along with their food.

I’ve been going to chins for years!! Overall it’s my fav local Chinese spot! They are open late and food always hits. I have not tried everything but usually never disappoints. I’ll drive 25min to come here just like I did today lol. Eve is my favorite server there, always super sweet and friendly. * BEST piña coladas ever and Mai Tais!!!!!*Yes there has been like 1-2 days that maybe the food (rice etc) wasn’t hitting as good but I feelLike that could happen any where. Hasn’t stopped me from returning, food is super yummy. I do prefer fresh hot food instead of take out at this spot.

Went for a meal with family, I wasn't feeling very hungry so I asked to take my food to go. They told me if I wanted to take home the FOOD THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR they would charge me a fee. When I asked why the server simply walked away. Why on earth would I pay a fee for food that's been PAID FOR and served???

First visit to this divey old school joint in at least 15 years. My last visit way back then wasn't that great, but I'd been hearing rumblings on local boards that the chef/owner of the more highly acclaimed Silk Road in Marlborough is now manning the kitchen here, with positive reviews. A Tuesday night visit was chaotic servicewise, but the food came through. Got a fixed Dinner Combo of Sweet & Sour chicken, Boneless Ribs, and Pork Fried Rice. I added "an order of egg rolls." They only gave me one, but only charged me for one, which worked out better. Egg Roll: Very crunchy. Minimal flavor. See photo for composition. Sweet and Sour Chicken: Generous serving, very crunchy, slightly better than average meat-to-batter ratio. Very pleasant golden sauce with some tang and complexity. No pineapples, no cherries. Boneless Ribs: Very thin, some were dry, some were moist. Good flavor with not only the glaze contributing but also some additional seasoning, possibly five spice? Pork Fried Rice: Superb. The right color, texture, and flavor. I partied like it's 1979. Visit 2, a week later: Smaller crowd, less chaos, but a little less wow factor. Dinner Combo with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce, Chicken Wings, and Pork Fried Rice; I added on an app of Boneless Spareribs. Shrimp: Pale, slippery, not undercooked but close. Juicy. Lobster Sauce: Very soft, slightly gelatinous, slightly garlicky, very faintly sweet. Not that warm. Chicken Wings: Three of them on the combo, scorchingly hot, pale, faintly five spiced but not much flavor. Pork Fried Rice: Again excellent, good color and texture, loaded with pork nuggets and onions, slightly smoky, good flavor overall. Boneless Ribs: Thin slivers, nicely coated with red glaze, mostly moist, slightly fatty, occasional gristle. Overall: Not in the elite class but with the right order can be a contender for that next level. Though uneven, there's enough promise to keep going back, and if the rice is this good every time, it's worth going back even if only for that.

Food was very good ,but due to difficulty finding people to work that can understand the kitchen staff it causes service difficulty.

I always have a good time at chins. The staff is super friendly and the pupu platter with rice is always my go to.

Ordered takeout and the food was just terrible. The pork fried rice tasted rancid, the sesame chicken was gooey and stale and the crab rangoon tasted like it was fried in oil that had not been changed. This is unfortunate because I had high hopes for this restaurant and live close to it. I certainly will not be ordering again.
