I am convinced this location has the longest drive through average time in the entire state of Massachusetts. As a former AM, The DM needs to get into this store and train their team. It’s shameful.

To the guy who made my and other people's sandwiches this morning, you decided to use your glove wearing hands to lift up your black T-shirt and pull up your jeans, and went back to making sandwiches without changing gloves, you are just too gross. I thrown my sandwich out. To the store manager, your staff need some serious training for food handling.

Down the street from my kid's school so perfect for on your way.
This review is not for the food or coffee at Dunkin', but rather the excellen service we received. We drove out to Hudson from Boston and we're looking for a drive through coffee vendor. *bucks was not open (it was still being built) and decided to go to Dunkin' in the same shopping area.The lady who took our order was so very nice and hilarious. She made us feel welcome, even though I'm sure she could tell we were not locals.That made our day.

This Dunkin's on Boston Post Road east in Marlboro next to home Depot needs a lot of improvement. Everything is great except the manager Denise. She has a terrible demeanor and should not work with customers. Yelling at customers and getting angry is not the best quality for a manager to have. Enjoy the negativity at that location

I rode right by the window you need to order from. I looked out the window and had to ask the man behind me to order for me. Luckily he was a very very nice guy and did so! When I got to the pickup window it was terribly confusing to try and split up the orders and the payments. I of course paid for The Man behind me's breakfast as how could I not, he was so kind. Then felt very happy to tip the counter and order fillers, because they were so patient with my forgetful, going to fast self! ❤️

Typical Dunkin'. Went for a mobile order drive thru. Straight-forward app. Not the fastest drive thru but it is typical speed. I've been getting the frozen matcha latte with oatmilk and it's been good for Dunkin standards. Probably not real matcha but looks and tastes ok. I would recommend this if Dunkins is the only thing convenient in the area.
