We started going here after Joy Asia (RIP) closed, and we can't say enough good things about Ginger Garden. Excellent food, really good drinks, great service...and KENO! Our favorites are Jalapeño hamachi, egg and scallion fried rice, crab rangoons and pretty much everything else. Bartenders are attentive and the customers are friendly. This well established local restaurant has hibachi, sushi, and typical American Chinese food. After our first visit, it's hard to say what their speciality is. We didn't try hibachi, but the sushi was okay, albeit pretty expensive for the quality. Relatively basic maki rolls like Eel & Avocado, Shrimp Tempura Maki, and Boston Maki were $8.45 $9.45 each. First time there. Lots of different food style choices. We were sat in a private booth inside a private singular room with a sliding door. Very private or romantic depending on your point of view. Service was good, food was plenty and prices were reasonable. Definitely go back again.
