Safe. 100% gluten free. I have celiac and I have seen shortcuts at other places that make my spidey-sense tingle but this specific location is very good at playing by the rules! New knife to cut, new gloves, new paper to prepare on, squirt bottle Mayo. This place is the real deal.

Went to Jersey Mikes at Highland Complex in Hudson Mass. The staff was very rude. Sandwich was the worst I ever had from Jersey Mikes. (Very Soggy and tomatoes had bad tastes to them.)Will not return to this location.
The worst grilled sub I ever had! I threw it out after 2 bits. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch in Worcester. The chicken tasted and looked like it was out of the can. It was disgusting. Next time I will go across the street to Subways! They have better subs and better prices. I won't waste 17.00 dollars again.

I went to the Marlborough shop last week and the refused to take cash. It was credit only. I turned around and left. If you don't accept cash anymore, I will go somewhere else.

The subs tasted great. The servers were patient and polite. The only reason I gave a 3 stars is because of the price. A sub that costs $20 is kind of ridiculous. There are plenty of options that cost the same or less. For example, 2 large pizzas, 3 Chick-fil-A sandwiches, or a steak.
