I tried to go here with my boyfriend this Saturday. We arrived at about 12:20. It was pretty busy so we sat at the bar. Unrelated but the bar seats are the most uncomfortable things I have ever sat in. I felt like I was falling out of it the entire time. Anyways, we sat there for about 10 minutes before even seeing the bar tender and we were questioning if we had to go somewhere else to order. The bar tender finally came over and said they would be with us in a minute. Another 10 minutes passed and they proceeded to help the people who were standing at the bar in a line who had just come in. I understand needing to wait due to being busy, but to blatantly take orders from people who clearly arrived after you after you’ve waited over 20 minutes doesn’t feel great. Needless to say we waited there for about 30 minutes and we’re never served or helped so we left. Wish I could have tried the beer but I won’t be going back.

Best coffee in the area by far. They do such a good job. Lattes are so delicious. Their craft beer is also creative and full of different flavors. My favorite beers are their stouts. Say good night Kevin, with a graham cracker rim and a toasted marshmallow. Say goodnight!

A coffeehouse and a brewery under one roof? Sign me up! Even though this feels like a bar as you walk in, there are also power outlets everywhere and a variety of seating options that also make this a suitable place for café campers in the mornings and early afternoons. You could even have *both* coffee and beer all day long.I tried a flight of house brews which was a refreshing, seasonally appropriate trip through various styles, whether the Power Couple (Japanese rice lager), Eastwitch (pumpkin beer), Penny Loafers (oatmeal stout), or Apple Shandy. They even offer coffee "flights," other non-alcoholic drinks like a chaider that I enjoyed, and even light bites like pizze and breakfast burritos. Service was super friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Overall, a venue that excels at multiple things. An excellent, local, independent find thanks to an on-the-go search of my Yelp app!

Plenty of parking right next to it in the free parking garage if you can't get one of the few street spots right in front of it. Inside there's plenty of seating, coffee/tea drinks and beer galore inside, live music (at least while we were there), good snacks like muffins and bars, etc., and some other food options as well. Can't comment on the food yet, but as far as a place for a beer and/or coffee and place to sit and relax it seems like an excellent option.

In Marlborough for business and wanted to check out some local spots. Phenomenal beer, really enjoyed it. Service was great, vibes were good. Absolutely going to take people here next time I'm in town.

I'd like to update my previous review. First, I want to say that this business does a lot for the community. They are very involved and host a bunch of events throughout the year, this is awesome. I was there recently, ordered a salted caramel coffee. It was terrible and tasted like salty milk. I had to throw it out. I also ordered a burrito. They told me to wait and they would call my name/order in about 7 minutes. I waited there..for 15 minutes (giving them enough time to do whatever). No one ever called anything. I went up and asked about my order. They acknowledged it had been sitting there. ??? So it was a total fail as far as I'm concerned. The burrito was okay, nothing special and it was luke warm (they did offer to re-heat) but at that point I was disappointed with the bad coffee and service, I just took it as is. So, hit or miss with the food and service. Don't order the salted caramel flavored coffee.

Came on a Friday night knowing they have live music 6-9pm that night. The atmosphere was very cozy. You have the option to sit at the bar, a high top or one of their couches. They have a selection of games you can pick from as well. Really enjoyed the live music, the singer Chris Wagner was very talented on the guitar and voice. Lost Shoe brews beers and coffee, though I did not have any coffee that night, I found a new favorite beer: Galoshers: Tropical Flavors. A sour beer that didn’t taste much like a beer, it was thick, and can taste the tropical flavors of mango and pineapple, it reminded me of the Mango Naked Juices you can buy. I wish they sold them in 4 packs. Looking forward to coming back here again (and getting that beer again)!
