My office orders from here at least once a week for the last 4 years. I ordered a simple ham and cheese sub toasted with lettuce and mayo and their chicken and rice soup with the guy who ALWAYS answers the phone. At the end of my order I asked if they have provolone cheese he says yes, I said I want that cheese. He says ok. Takes my card. They deliver in 25 minutes, very quick, great. Delivery guy is so nice. I go to eat my sub no cheese. I call them to let them know because I am annoyed. The same guy on the phone says He made the sub himself and yes there is cheese on it, he specifically put the provolone cheese on it. I go look at my sub while on the phone pull all ham out, no cheese, I tell him this he said well I know I did it. He said the girl put the lettuce on, he'll have to ask her. I said maybe there was another order and gave me the wrong one. We get off the phone. I go back to my sub an realize it's not toasted. I call them back and tell him that too. He says he put the cheese on it and toasted it so he doesn't know what happened and says nobody else ordered a ham and cheese. So now he's calling me a liar and yet he is the one who is lying and instead of apologizing, instead of offering to correct by bringing another sub or discount next time or something, he knows our office always orders. Very bad customer service. I was honestly disgusted by how he handled it. Straight lying about 2 things, cheese and toasting. They have good food, but this put a bet bad taste in my mouth!

I ordered delivery on the Stow Maynard line at 9:30 at night. Not even that late they took just about an hour which is reasonable however they forgot my barbecue sauce

We had delivery of pizza and pasta for the first time from Nick's and it all arrived hot and right on time. The pasta was delicious, including the garlic bread included. The pizza was really good, fresh toppings all evenly distributed and plenty of them. If you like a pizza with lots of sauce, get extra. But fir us the entire dinner was perfect. Will go back again!
The Giant Beef was okay, but I have pretty high standards. It was a bit dry and a bit overcooked, but I got extra sauce on the side so I could offset it.Pizza rolls were perfect.
Man alive!!! The roast beef sammidge was EXCEPTIONAL! This thing was easily a two-hand monster, and I have big hands! Delicious, tender meat, awesome bun, good sauce… It was the complete package! The atmosphere was cool as long as your a Pat’s fan. I’m going to conveniently schedule customer visits around lunch time in Marlborough so Nick’s can be a regular stop!

The roast beef here is very good. We had definitely enjoy the food here they make the subs very very fresh and very quickly. This is a place we go to constantly. The stop is always friendly as well.We will definitely come back again.
