I usually get food from here all the time and never question it. Today I went before work and was planning to eat it during my meal, I had taken two bites when all the sudden I feel hair in my mouth. I pulled someone else’s hair out of my mouth. Immediately disgusted and had to throw out the food I had paid my money for and lost all my appetite. I’m disappointed that health measures aren’t up to check on wearing caps when preparing food and will not be buying food here again.

I used to work at the mall so I'd typically know what places are good or not at the mall. Only very few of them are good, Ruby Thai being one of them. Whatever you do, if you get Chinese food at the mall, DO NOT GET SARKU! They use the rodents they catch for meat and are constantly getting in trouble for it and shut down. Whether it's people finding actual remnants in their food or actually getting sick from using the dead ones, they always seem to be able to reopen. But once a buddy of mine ordered Sarku and we both found rat teeth in the food! We never went back so I always only go to Ruby Thai.

As others have mentioned, there is nothing remotely Thai about this place, it's Americanized Chinese fast food. However, the three entree combo with lo mein or fried rice is only 11 bucks and everything I had was surprisingly tasty.

Should have gone over to Sarku instead. Ordered a chicken entree with fried rice for lunch since I had come to the mall to pick up something at Macy's. Big mistake. Haven't been 5 minutes since my meal and my stomach and intestines are yelling at me for feeding it such nasty food waste. Won't make this mistake again.

I got the spicy Thai chicken and it was inedible. It was so hard that the meat felt not so fresh. But I did enjoy the rice for that’s worth lol
