I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have been to the new Starbucks in Hudson 5 time and each time has been a nightmare. 45 mins to get a coffee you pre ordered. They keep saying they do not enough staff and do nothing about it. I have never seen people move so slowly. It also has zero atmosphere. It is cold and sterile.

Worst Starbucks ever! Cashier talks down to people and in front of everyone in line which shows her immaturity and rudeness! Also could not make a drink that has been made before and advertised on their own blackboard! It's your job to know how to make it and if you can't then don't advertise it! Use to be great going there but now with new employees rotated in it's awful!

Despite the 2 star review, I actually like this Starbucks. It's convenient and the staff is friendly. I do, however, agree with the other review posted here. Here are several suggestions that I hope can help: 1. Have at least 2 people manning the counter at all times. When it gets really busy then it's time to add a third person. Too many times there is just one young person trying to keep up with the orders. Once that staffer gets a complicated or time consuming order, the whole line is waiting for a long time. 2. The coffee in the afternoon is lukewarm. I know this Starbucks used to use the thermos system. Please keep the coffee fresh and hot.

Ben absolutely made my morning! He was so kind and made lovely suggestions. Even though he was the only one working (at 8AM on a sat?! Come on management help my man out) he made me the best coffee I’ve ever had at a Starbucks <3 get it Ben

Staff is awesome but it’s typically a 50/50 on whether they will arrive on time to open the store or twenty minutes later. Stood in line today until 8:17 am waiting with a crowd of other customers for an employee to arrive and open the store. All to find out there was one employee in the back the whole time with headphones.
