If I can give this place a zero star I would i order a 3 refreshers and I seen a friend behind me joking around and as i wait for my order it took a while for my order and the “manger” with glasses came to my car with a cop saying I give them a hard time and saying I was harassing when I don’t there are always sweet to me and make my coffees with love this never happens ever I felt like I was the one that got harassed because of my skin color I don’t recommend going to that place

They have it down at this location. All too often, other locations have a bunch of people working and a lack of efficiency and friendliness. Not this one! Drinks are consistent and everyone is so warm. Go here.

Love the baristas, dislike with great passion the person who was working July 4th in a black floppy Australian style hat who was smiling as she berated the poor barista at the window for trying to multi task and assist other baristas while mine was being made. I emailed corporate and never heard back. I personally will never stop at this location again, and will likely not visit any other locations as they allowed their team members to be bullied. Disgusting.

This location gets the orders wrong every time, the kids will stand around and finish their conversation before they wait on you, and God, for bid you ask them to remake a drink they made wrong. Oh I’m sorry for eight dollars. I want my friggin drink made correctly.

White Llama in the Distance

I got the water, tall. The water itself was alright, not as smooth as the tap water from D'Angelo, but not much can live up to that. The cafe was closed so I had to go through the drive thru. Trying to tip for my drink, the lid was on the tip box, with no slot or opening to put the money, so the nice girl handing me my drink had to put in the change for me by lifting the lid. Overall the service was amazing, the girl even called over a friend on mine so I could say hi, and everyone was very friendly. Will be coming back. May actually order something next time. We shall see.

Ordered my coffee Frappuccino at 835am via my mobile app. Told me it would be ready for PU at 849 making perfect time, with a little grace time, to get to work in Southboro. I got there at 845 and proceeded to wait 22 minutes past my PU time. Long story short, doesnt appear to be any team work in the building and there is definitely no sense of any urgency. If you are on a schedule, rethink ordering here .
