Ordered 2 sandwiches and a protein bowl. The server was not pleasant at all, as usual. The protein bowl was half a bowl. The main reason for this post is that I found a hair in the sub! I will not be returning this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hudson Subway.

Went here a year ago employee swore right in front of me gave me a dirty look like I did something wrong and when I told her what I wanted she was like “sure” and still gave me a dirty look. Sandwich was good they were very rude though I have every right to take as much time as I want to decide what I want to order there. I probably only took a few seconds to decide what I wanted. There wasn’t even anyone in line after us.

I just ordered doordash and this sandwich has been THE worse ever at subway. It was empty, it looked like they split one scoop of meat between both halfs. All veggies, not even that much either and there was no mayonnaise. After ALL that money spent, they expected me to be okay with this. At it was 6pm... not even close to their closing time to use the we were closing excuse. DO BETTER

They refused to accept the Subway coupons that had been mailed to me in Marlborough.They were out of swiss cheese.There was parking right in front of the store.

Poor service , rude and cold. Subs are not made as ordered. Last order should have been xtra cheese and wasn’t even regular cheese. Order before that was missing tomato and olive. Never coming back.

Food is good, BUT, the portions are skimpy. I ordered ahead; asked for extra pickles on my foot-long, and it legit had 2 tiny slices in each half, same with the tomatoes. The amount of chicken was also extremely small. My plan was to eat half today, half tomorrow, but it lacked so much, I ate the whole thing because half wasn’t cutting it.

So we went into the store and the young man that waited on us had a very poor attitude looked at us like we were bothering him his name was Zack and because of zacks attitude it was a bad experience today usually we have no problem at this

Horrible customer service! The young girl they have making sandwiches is extremely rude. If you don't like your job, find another! It's that simple.

Come here all the time for sandwiches, will NEVER again! Customer service is terrible. I would rather travel to any other subway nearby then to deal with these people.

Subs were a lot skinnier than in the southern states plus I couldn't use any coupons even though I live in the next town... doesn't any of your restaurants in Massachusetts take any coupons?? If not stop putting them in the bundles of flyers that come in the mail... thank you.
