Ordered through the app. Picked it up through the drive thru because most of the time the dining room doors are closed. I get home and I'm missing 1 taco and the chips that came with the combo. They did remember to include the cheese sauce for the missing chips. I wonder how the employee would take it if they got a side of cheese sauce instead of a paycheck. Customer service has not responded to me after a week.

I ordered online the meal for 4 for $25 which should have been 12 tacos and 4 nachos. Received 8 tacos and 1 bag of nacho chips that were all broken and there was no cheese. Would have verified it if I could have gone inside which I had intended to do but door was locked when I got there at 6:30 so I had to go through drive through. The meal sounds like a good deal but I ended up actually vastly overpaying for amount of food I got.

Place should be shut down. Always terrible customer service. Lack of effort into good quality or service. Extremely lazy staff. The place is always closing early whenever its closing hours are 10:30 not 7:46 or 8:35. I shouldn’t have to worry about putting an order in and then them telling me they’re closed and to get my money back from customer service online.

Stopped in at 7pm drive through girl was very rude this Monday said closed and started waving off all the cars at peak dinner time - been coming here years won’t be back after that
If you ask for condiments make sure you scream it at the top of your lungs to the cashier because I don't think they speak English or I don't think they understand what you're asking because I've asked three times for my three pass visits in the three past days that I've gone and not once have I gotten condiments That's just sad that's the most basic thing people will ask for and if you're not going to do your job and hand it to them you should be fired and you should not be working at Taco Bell clearly

Called at 8:48 to confirm they were open, no answer. I called a total of three times because I’ve come here before only for the place to be closed. Chose online items and decided to place the order once close to the location because they like they make it the moment they get it, not when you get there, causing the food to be cold and unpleasant. When I arrived and went to place the order 10/3/23 the option to fully place the order was gone and the lights on the outdoor sign off. Employees should be scheduled until at least 10:15pm so that they don’t try to close BEFORE close time like they seem to consistently do. L Taco Bell.

Did an online order for pickup and chose to go in store to pick it up once I got there all doors were locked with no notes on door had to call the store 3 times for them to answer and tell me to go to the drive thru I told the people working they should have a sign if they are going to lock the doors and they said their managers said not to very unhappy with my service

The food is food. But seriously the service is godawful, they close at 9:30 even though it says open until 10. As others have said, the store gets dark even earlier than 9:30. Workers seem like they want to kill themselves and it's a shame becasue this spot is relatively new.
