It's sad to see once great businesses fail. Fridays was our go to place for years but it left us long before we left it. Over the years, the food got worse the menu got smaller and the prices skyrocketed. I've seen this happen to many restaurants in the past and it always pretty much ends the same way. The location or chain ends up closing. I think the accountants get a hold of the business and think they can make another couple of percent if they cut the product. It works for the business in the short term and corporate is thrilled but in the long term the business is ruined.The chain sent out a press release saying that they were cutting under performing stores and looked forward to a great future but unless they rapidly change what they're doing I suspect the whole chain will eventually fail. What a shame. It was great while it lasted.

Food Sux! Service Sux! Prices are a rip off and Sux!This place really Sux. If that isnt enough let me elaborate briefly. Place was deserted and the reason is obvious as this place Sux! So we sat ourselves at the bar but the bartender disappeared which really Sux! The pasta was way undercooked, the salad had brown patches, the appetizer was fried crumbs or whatever was/had been floating in the oil at the time we placed the order. The prices were astronomical and well well well above what the service and food this dump put out. All in all made for a really Sucky meal experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Place just needs to end it and shut down. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Somehow they managed to not cook fried food correctly. Our appetizer of loaded tortilla chips included 10 chips. This place is a disgrace, stay away.
Very short staffed, poor waitress all over the place, singular ..like the only one working on a Weds evening in a mall???? Food was ok, mine was not so ok, sent it back, they gave me same thing back, ridiculous. Go to the food court instead.

We stopped by TGI Fridays for the first time in a few years and was utterly disappointed.The positives:Our bar tender was friendly and very attentiveThe utterly disappointing:Ordered a Jack Daniels burger, which used to be great, but the burger in this instance was scorched beyond recognition. Not a drop of juice to be found, and no amount of Jack Daniels sauce in the world could cover the dryness. Each bite tasted of burnt char. Fries were not seasoned and soggy to the point that they may have been cooked hours earlier.Friday's should refocus on its core menu rather than trying to open ghost kitchens and selling sushi.

Waited 10 minutes after seating and wasn't acknowledged by any staff. Went to the bar to inquire or order and bartender made eye contact and walked away. Host was in the back playing with their hair. Bartender told host to "see what I needed". Guess this staff must not need tips or business.
There was little pieces of paper or who knows what but it wasn't just mine it was in my friends to so don't come unless you want to get sick ? But they took forever too. when we only order one thing.

Never should have stayed. Sat ourselves at the bar last night a bit after 8. Spent 2hrs only to get drinks and 2 appetizers. The 3 wing platter got a bunch of wings but they all tasted all the same. The spicy one was impossible to find. After the disappointing wings we found the check was actually dropped with the appetizer. Not wanting to wait until midnight for dinner we were Happy the bartender dropped the check. The bathroom was not clean and had a bad smell. We paid and went to McDonald's, the food was at least hot. I will not be going back to any Friday's

giving service a 3 instead of a zero becaue they were so understaffed (and I tipped them well). The place was filthy, small portions, chicken so tough and dry (how many times has it been reheated), salad greens were brown... we were there 90 minutes for a soup and salad meal in a 90% empty restaurant. The bathroom was worse than a gas station bathroom. Close it. FOLLOW UP: I saw the message and the link, went to the link, it is the same survey you have to fill out all over again, nothing more.. I think that sums up their level of commitment to quality. Nice deflection of accountability though.

It's really hit or miss here! The servers are always fantastic, and the drinks are good. Unfortunately the food is not!Yesterday I ordered the Steak Meatballs and Potato Skins for lunch. While the meatballs were just $4 they left much to be desired even at that price! They were severely overcooked so I am not sure if that accounts for the size, but they were quite sad. The flavor wasn't disgusting, so it's too bad they were cooked so badly.The potato skins were rubbery. Yep! So I'm thinking frozen and microwaved. I took a picture of a meatball, but Yelp won't allow today. I placed a penny next to it, and the Penny almost won!

When i arrived i stood there for about 10 minutes before anybody spoke to me, got the food and it was a complete mess, no seasonings on any of the food, everything was dry and soggy. Worst location don't waste your time coming here.
