Just stopped in to see the price of chix and had a most pleasant conversation with the young lady working there. Came back later to pick up some lobster rolls to go and same young lady was there. Just as pleasant and knowledgeable as before.
We had a group of 6 head to the lobster pound and got a variety of food. Regular and jumbo lobster rolls (the jumbos were possibly just a bit too much to eat in one sitting), cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and clam strips. The food was fresh and delicious. The lobster rolls were excellent and very lightly dressed with some spices and just the slightest touch of mayo (perfect!). Be warned, this is a cash only restaurant. They do have an ATM but it has a $200 limit on it....read full review

If you are going to the beach stop here first. For 13.99 you get the roll, chips and 1/4 of lobster in a foam container. When you are ready for lunch you will have one of the best lobsters rolls ever!
