First of all I LOVED the hot honey baked oysters. First visit was so-so. My husband ordered a salmon main dish and asked for it to be cooked "as rare as possible," but it was definitely well done. He said it was still tasty, but a bit disappointed that it wasn't more rare. Second visit was better. We came with a friend and we all ordered sushi and poke bowls, salads and a couple more hot honey oysters and it was all fresh and well done. Absolutely amazing food and service I've been going here for years and years and I'm never ever ever ever disappointed! Whatever you are in the mood for Turks will have it for you and it will be done right!

Amazing, historic, locally-owned Mattapoisett hot spot serving amazing seafood and sushi. Legit, city-level quality with friendly and local staff. It is a must-do experience but be prepared to wait - it is definitely worth it. They have an excellent take out operation as well however.
