Stopped here for a cappuccino. The barista made it perfectly to requested specs. We have suffered through many watery and milky cappuccinos on our travels ( most coffee shops just give you a latte and call it a cappuccino) but Uncle Jon's made the real deal. Very tasty! And the danish we ordered was very fresh. My only criticism - the "croissant " was really a danish (moist and bready not flaky and buttery), but otherwise a really great coffee stop and convenient to the highway.
The negative reviews for this place are a bit dramatic. It's a cute little coffee stop. Walked inside, everyone was happily taking with one another. Great atmosphere, cute decor. The two people working there made me a delicious mocha. It's was good.
