The food was delicious, however this was some of the worst service I’ve had at a restaurant.Walked in and there was a “please wait to be seated” sign which we followed, but took a while for someone to show up. But we got seated and it was ok, took about 10 minutes even though there were a decent number of empty tables. But then, it took 40 minutes after that for someone to come by to ask us what we wanted to eat (and only because I asked the person re-filling our waters to help us order). Our waiter seemed to have totally forgotten about us, as the other tables around us were going through multiple rounds of their meal. Incredibly frustrating. Then, when he did finally take our order, he was pretty rude about it? No apologies, and basically just plopped our dishes on the table without saying anything. And the food was a bit cold, making me think he was slow to bring it out. He also got the order wrong on a nearby table. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful, but this one waiter was honestly awful. I will still go back, and just hope he is gone for the future, since the food made it worth our time.

Love this place. I live in Oregon but have friends nearby and have eaten here several times. The food is delicious: the salmon, the salads, the crepes. Yum, yum, yum.

This place is our fav Vietnamese restaurant in worcester county! Food is solid all the time. We love their brisket pho, vietnamese crepe, spring roll and shrimp roll, pork chop. Our kids always order special "kids menu"(not on the menu so request it) small bowl of rice w grilled shrimp and its excellent! If you're in the mood for viet food or just grilled meat give this place a try. Their grilled food is always flavorful! There is plenty of street parking available.

Ambiance: brick walls, low lighting, music not too loud. Only small complaint is that it was a little chilly. Service: attentive and speedy but not overbearing. No complaints! Food: we ordered avocado spring rolls to start. The rolls were good but of course it was all about the dipping sauce which was delicious! Nice balance of salty and sweet and the chopped peanuts added a nice crunch. Yum. For my main I ordered the vegetarian pho, which comes with tofu as the protein. The portions were generous and the tofu and noodles were tasty, but the broth was a little bland. I like a really flavorful, well-spiced broth with my pho and this didn't quite hit the mark. Still overall enjoyable though. Very happy with my visit to Gigi's! Will definitely be back.

Love the local. Vietnamese food, especially the Bahn MI, sweet potatoes, noodle dishes with pork, huge yummy ribs.

We were intrigued by all the positive reviews but unfortunately very dissapointed. The food was bland and some of the meat was inedible. The restaurant is dated and could be cleaner. Maybe the reviewers ordered better dishes but we can't recommend this place.

Rib eye, green beans and rice is my go to, next would be the pork chops. Both are amazing.

Very friendly and welcoming owner. The food is excellent and good value for the price. Great atmosphere. Gets crowded on the weekends at peak hours.

I love eating at GiGis and getting take out. I can rely on the food always being fresh and delicious and the customer service is excellent. They even called me back to take my order when they missed my call for take out. Highly recommend!

Good food and drinks.. strange environment. Bar separate from the restaurant.. almost sterile. Too quiet.. no music playing. Needs some atmosphere and would be great.

Last night was my first visit with a date and another couple. The musicians were knock-it-out-of-the-park performers who played spot-on love songs. We sampled many dishes and loved the Avocado Spring Rolls and the Basil Fried Rice. Our waitress served us flawlessly. I'm going back.

We're very recently found this place and absolutely ADORE it. We go every few weeks and get a few appetizers, a chicken pho and a two bahn mi for the family and it's a perfect feast! The food is fresh and super flavorful. Their drinks are yummy. The service is friendly and fast. One of our faves!
