Tonkotsu ramen broth is very flavorful and has the perfect thickness, not too heavy and not too watery and not fatty. The ramen egg is the highlight. Very friendly server.

Very friendly staff. I keep trying deviate from my regular order of the garlic udon noodles with chicken, but the heart wants what the heart wants.Parking: There’s a medium-sized metered lot behind the restaurant and metered spots on the street. There’s also a huge free lot at the mill a few blocks away, but Maynard meters accept dimes and nickels and are very reasonable.
Just went for the first time and had chicken pad Thai, extra spicy. It was very good.

Came here with my son after visiting the children's museum. He loved the chicken katsu. The ramen was a great choice on a rainy day. Flavorful and filling.

Really good spot. Very tasty ramen and other noodles. I prefer taking out cuz shop is small and usually pretty busy. Order extra eggs for your ramen.

Busy Friday night and service was excellent. Food was delicious. The seating was very close but roomy enough. There were plenty of to go orders keeping the restaurant busy. Definitely would eat here again!
Smack Noodle has very good ramen noodles along with a range of Thai & sushi items in a downtown Maynard location. I had the tom yum ramen, which were tasty and served promptly. Note this restaurant does not have any dessert items; you'll have to stop at one of Maynard's several dessert spots.

Smack Noodle is on Main Street along with many other restaurants and shops. I came on a weekend for lunch with a group of friends. We got seating outside on the patio and I ordered a pork bao bun and miso ramen. The service was great, but I wasn't impressed with the food. The pork bao was soft, but nothing special. The ramen was lackluster in both the broth and noodles. On the positive side, plenty of corn and a great soft boiled egg. Overall, not the best ramen, but they do serve other dishes you could try out.

Have been going here for years and it is still my favorite spot! The snack buns are like clouds, the sushi is fresh, and the garlic udon noodles are always a must. Would always recommend!

Ordered the smack buns, Thai ice tea, spicy salmon sake roll and spicy tonkotsu or tonkatsu ramen…and the smack buns are a must! So yummy! Thai iced tea just as great as any other, the sushi is good for not just a sushi place! However…the ramen was not good…and I don’t think a super fancy one = a good one…it’s just not good, too creamy, too milky and not very ramen-like…I went with two other friends and their ramens were not good either… :( so much so we barely ate it and didn’t want to take it home, I took it home because I hate wasting food but I could barely eat it….sigh there goes my hard earned $….nice vibe and music tho!
