Truly disappointed with this restaurant. Our order took over 2.5 hours to arrive. If you’re wondering if I’m exaggerating, I’m not. We called, they rushed us off the phone after telling us they were keeping our food warm.The food that arrived is now old and cold. Our order was over $120. We didn’t even get a sorry for the inconvenience.Things aren’t much better in person. We went in last Saturday and ordering was absolutely chaotic in their online system as they refuse to take orders. Multiple things got double ordered. It’s just not worth it anymore.

While the food is good the service is not. I purposely order 1-2h before I actually want my food delivered as delivery is slow. Then when you do call to find out what is going on with the delivery the will pick up the phone & hang up without speaking. It's really bad service. Only order if you plan to pick up yourself.

Got three platters of sushi with spring rolls and gyoza for big delivery order. Everything was there, tasted good, and on time, very reliable. One of the few sushi places that do delivery! Owner was also very nice and considerate with suggesting items and getting details correct.

Me and my Ex Wife have ordered the same thing since 2014 when we moved to Arlington, MA. The Combo. Orange Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, and Crab Rangoon. And a side of Crab Rangoon. Blue Fugi is better than any other ethnic food around. They also deliver in the Greater Boston Area. They have delivered to multiple homes that I have lived in. Got take out on a Friday night. Easy online ordering - gives a time for when your order will be ready for pick up however in my case I did have to wait an additional 20 mins past the time I was given. Parking STINKS, on the street if there is any and is a busy road. The hot and sour soup and veg lo mein was very good! I would love to try more from here especially their sushi. I would do delivery but that fee is quite high so maybe i'll try to dine in. They had some specials so keep an eye out for those if they have any.

The restaurant closed without a message on their website, their phone line, or their online ordering platform. We paid for food and waited... and waited... and waited... and called, only for the phone to ring ~10 times and hang up. When we drove there, the place was locked up with no sign on the door. Currently waiting to see whether they refund us or make us do a charge back. Not impressed.

How is the rating for this place so mid, I ask myself? The sushi is great and half the price of comparable quality dishes in Asian cuisine hot spots in areas like Allston and Harvard/Somerville. Julie, the manager that's always there waiting tables, is a ray of sunshine with her bright disposition and attentive service. The lighting and layout in the backroom are perfectly comfortable, I could spend hours there with the right crowd. Dig into the low-star reviews and you'll mostly find bougie characters that want to be pampered from the moment they walk in the door. This is nonsense. That's not how you enjoy the food of another's culture. Stop being xtra and go spend your energy on a garbageshoot like tiktok where it fits and belongs. These people are walking 1-star enthusiasts and wannabe journalists. Ignore the noise.
