Not many BMs left. This one is by far the worst I have been in. Dirty- has a I don’t care attitude- asked for Manager and was told Manager was too busy. Loud music - many dirty tables- out of some soft drinks. Boy was my family dissatisfied. Never again will I spend $$ on less than poor service and sub standard food. Corporate, please fix it

I was sitting and wondering what my wife and I would have for dinner on this beautiful Saturday night and boston market was my first thought. But after reading the reviews I quickly changed my mind.I don't know what's wrong there but people are hating on you guys really bad. Good luck and get better.

This place is a disgusting dump i can’t believe it’s still open. Soda machine doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, no music and 1/4 menu TVs don’t work. Waited over 35 minutes for ONE sandwich. Completely ignored pickup customers for 20 minutes. I wouldn’t step foot in here again if you paid me.

This Boston Market changed everything. None of their food is the same as it was a while ago. Never going back. Very disappointed in the food. The mac and cheese is not even close to the recipe I fell in love with, and the mashed potatoes are gross.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I used to love Boston Market because of the consistency. I don't know what this place is doing, but in my opinion they should have to change their name. This is in no way, shape, or form a fair representation of the Boston Market I remember. This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star.

If you care for yourself, do not eat this food. I don’t know how you mess up rotisserie chicken so badly. If you want decent roasted chicken go get a Market Basket rotisserie for $4. Sides were whack as well. The restaurant itself was dead and they didn’t have 70% of the menu items available.
They basically stole my money. Placed an order online for pickup only to discover that the location was no longer in business. Later found out that all of the location within my area were out of business. Why is their website still up taking orders and money? I still have not received a refund . I wish that I could give zero stars.

Wow. How is this place still open?? This chain used to be delicious. There would be lots of choices for sides. I got a family meal today. There was no creamed spinach or stuffing option. The beans and the broccoli looked like they were merely boiled in unsalted water. I doubled up on mashed and Mac/cheese which were my family's fave and they were so disappointing. The mashed had no flavor and gravy didn't help whatsoever. The pasta was watery and tasted super artificial. The rotisserie was ok but had some pink spots. I won't be visiting this location again...if it even makes it that far!

God awful service. barely anyone working. no mashed potatoes and gravy!? literally watched this man go to the back, grab a bottle of sweet baby rays bbq sauce for the meatloaf, and dump it on right in front of me? food was handed to me in a white Styrofoam container. and had the AUDACITY to charge me $17 for garbage?is it staffing? bad management? low supplies? do us a favor and close. thank you ?
