Ordered take out and was surprised when the delivery person said he could not bring my order into the condo building because he had other food in the car. Never in 10 years of living in a building have I had that happened. When I called the restaurant to ask why this happened I was greeted with a horrible person who claimed to be a manager. When I told him it was terrible customer service he yelled F**K You into the phone and hung up. Unbelievable. Never again will I order from here again. So disappointed.

Although the fried rice here was good, the beef chow mein was not what I expected. Attached is what we came home to after ordering takeout. It was full of just bean sprouts (no noodles) and sauce that seemed almost like soup. If you order from here, I'd recommend going for the fried rice and not the noodles.

After an hour and a half wait for food we'd ordered through Grabull (the delivery service linked on Dim Sum Cafe's own website), we tried to call the restaurant. When we said we were checking on our order, they hung up on us, then screened our calls from that number. We called again from another phone, they answered, and then refused to deliver our food, saying we had to come in to pick it up, (after charging us a delivery fee). The wonton soup isn't good enough to keep dealing with rude service.

The fried rice which was good. But for a shrimp fried rice with only 5 pieces of miniature shrimp is sad. The boneless spare ribs were dry AF. The crab rangoons had a strange texture (liquidy) to the filling. We ordered beef chow mein thinking it was noodles or even the fried noodle sticks at the worse. When we opened up the food. A box of bean sprouts with beef were staring at us. It was soupy and we dug around thinking the noodles were at the bottom but there was nothing b

Tonight I ordered the spicy pork dumplings, along with the lobster sauce lo mein which I was surprised it was crunchy noodles rather than the soft noodles which I prefer I don't know if it's a preference for it but next time I'll have to ask and because my order is over $20 I got a free small order of crab rangoons which were wicked good.

Great customer service, I ordered at the counter and the food was ready in 5-10 minutes. Food was as good if not better than my local favorite Chinese restaurant.
Staff is extremely rude- Always order using grub hub- grub hub canceled ordered which is fine- called to place usual order which is general gau combination plate and usually sub out the pork fried rice for chicken lo mein. Always been upcharged an additional 2.95 for substituting out which is totally fine-gentleman on the phone starts yelling no we don't do that- no no and starts taking over me....funny I always ordered the same plate many times and never had an issue. When I explained we order this the same way each time as it's my thousand time going here however will be my last. I get no no no, we never do that... well you lost a customer because one simple request which has never been an issue before and has been done the same way for years! . No customer service at all, and extremely rude..

They are the worst, stole our money twice. Blamed online company but the order was placed and recieved. Happened again. They should be shut down. Rude, aggressive and threatening. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
