Dear Assistant Manager Ayala, I’m writing this review to your store in discontent with the service your store employees have provided, and concerning the service you’ve provided as an assistant manager. I hope you do not find this review as a rant and discard it from your consciousness because of your refusal to look beyond information that is not your own opinion.In review of my order; Today I had ordered two medium pizzas with one topping, garlic knots, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter sprite to be delivered to my address which falls under the coverage of your pizza shops operation of business. I had tipped in the name of the unspoken trust between the patron and business establishment; to deliver quality service, since realistically, perfection is out of reach.The employees you supervise did not add sauce to my barbecue chicken pizza and made my second pizza, a garlic chicken parmesan pizza. The order itself took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive to its final destination, only to be wrong.I called the business to solve the problem between ”I” the consumer, and “you“ the business. The talk we had was short and ended with you telling me “your refund will take 3-5 business days.” You did not make the effort to solve the problem as a “manager” would.A manager would have done everything in his or her power to avoid a refund by insisting on making everything right. They would begin with a sincere apology and offer an extension of service, only a manager could provide. A true manager’s intent is to help the business grow through excellent service and sales, which ultimately boost profits, and in turn, raises the pay of the employees. How poetic…But you chose to find the fastest way to get me off the phone instead of “making things right.” Not only did you quickly offer a refund, but you proved your position as assistant manager to be nothing more than “a glorified supervisor.” you chose to watch instead of using power. Your actions will be repeated because you clearly do not strive for more. Not in just this business but also in life. Instead of seeking to be a Sales business executive, you reach for “the low hanging fruit.” That is insanity and I hope you will break out of your circle someday.“In order to move from where you stand in life, You must take a step forward.”

I am typically a big fan of dominos, would order once every week or two, but when I moved the Massachusetts I started coming to this one franchise. Unfortunately my order was 45 minutes late, the pizza and brownies were burnt!! This is the third time I had a bad experience with this location, I will not be returning since it seems there are some quality issues with this location.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I get there & there’s no parking but they only had 1 customer so I was confused but clearly people probably park there and go somewhere next door. Any who I had to park somewhere else so I clearly wasn’t able to get curbside. I walk in and there’s about 6 employees. One of them was taking a call and he asked me if I could hold on which is fine but then the other five people are just staring at me. The guy on the phone told another guy to help me and he kept doing some thing else. And it took a woman to come from the back who was making pizzas to come. Give me my order. I had about six boxes of food so I didn’t want to open every box there. Then I get home and not all the sauces are there which is in a big deal but sometimes you know it messes up your meal. Lately this place has been like this, so just check your food before you leave

Delivery driver did not follow contactless delivery, then just stole my order. When the instructions written say to leave the order in the mailroom, LEAVE THE ORDER. Don't run off and eat it in your car!!!

2nd time in a row the driver called and said he left the pizza and it wasn’t there. We call him back and he doesn’t speak English as his first language, so he hangs up. We call again. He hangs up. We call the branch… they continue to tell us they can’t help us and hang up in our faces. Gross…

I would give a negative. We ordered from here before ... but now in the past 3 months there is a new driver who doesn't care. He calls and says "dropped off" .. but there is no pizza?! So we call back and cannot understand him... then he gets mad at us and hangs up. We call again, he hangs up. The store itself does NOTHING and says "we can refund you in 24 hours" that's nice? But what about my pizza in the back of the dudes car who is just being rude? ... ALL SET!
