If I’m being honest, I feel like the Morning staff are not as friendly as the afternoon staff, So I would say one star for the morning staff, and five star for the afternoon staff, because they always know my order and the afternoon without issue but the morning staff on the other hand, want to sit there and speak their own language and just kind of not be sanitary

Hey Dunks, USE ORDER NUMBERS!! For the love of God, it would make your job easier. Calling out specific items gets confusing as hell during busy times. "Hot coffee w/cream and sugar!" - what if 3 people ordered that? It makes absolutely 0 sense to not call out the order number on the receipt. I truly believe half the time people got the wrong order it was simply the case that someone else grabbed their order because they have no organization whatsoever. Managers you need to change this

I come here almost everyday. They are incredibly busy but I never have to wait long. They churn out the orders so fast and they've never messed up any of my orders. 5

I’m going to have to stop using this location. Ordering mobile ahead is suppose to be quick and easy. Busiest time of morning and they can’t get it together. I’m one for giving second chances but today it’s over. 3 times your out. Line out the door , people standing around who ordered ahead still waiting. I waited 25 mins for a coffee. If you can’t manage a small busy location and have one person focus on each task something is lacking. Then to add they are slow as well then the person making the coffee disappears out back. No manager on duty. Nothing. Not worth the aggravation to find parking either.

AN ABSOLUTELY MUST DO! 3 & 3/4 Stars for The Dunkin' Donuts but they get Extra Bonus Points because of the historic property the donut shop sits upon. This is nicknamed "The Woodstock Dunkin' Donuts". The City of Medford MA gets to claim bragging rights because 2 of the Biggest Events in the world took place here. There's the DD on Commercial St in Medford that's where they shot the Bennifer (Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck) Funny Commercial about Ben working @ The Dunkin' Donuts. that aired on the Superbowl & many times since then. The other one is at this location on Salem St. in Medford MA. where Hanley Sound once stood. There is now a monument out in front telling people what this place formerly was a few decades ago. This is where the sound for Woodstock, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, The Pope, President LBJ, Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park & many others was created. Before this musicians had a tinny speaker, amplifier & microphone & even if they were good they sounded terrible. The Hanley Brothers pioneered concert sound for the masses. Bill Hanley is called "The Father of Festival Sound". At the top right hand corner of the monument, you'll see the iconic symbol for Woodstock. You can read my review of the Hanley Sound Monument for more details & info. "The Woodstock Dunkin' Donuts" has indoor seating with tables & chairs. They also have counter seating with large windows that look out onto the street. There is No Drive-Thru but they have a DD ATM machine in their Pink & Orange colors. There's also a wall mural of people on the go drinking Dunkin Donuts Coffee. It's pretty Cool that you are eating & drinking on hallowed ground in here. Hanley pioneered the sound of music royalty & many others too. I got an iced coffee which is your standard Dunkin' Donuts brew which was Good! It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!

Not bad service, just could use some more communication withing the staff. Also make sure you check your food before you go because sometimes they mess up the order but usually they'll fix it for you, overall not bad.
