There's two guys in particular at the drive-thru in the morning Vaughn Middlesex avenue.They're quick The orders are always correct. (For me anyway)And they find a way to goof around to give you a smile at first thing in the morning! It just makes for a happy day! I know I'm also a checkout person at a retail store. Dealing with the public stuff sometimes got to find a way to make a smile.This place does that

Consistently bad service. Wrong orders all the time. Can't even give you the right amount of change when you pay in cash on multiple occasions. A real shame you can't rely on mediocre food and drink at best but it's not even close.

Good food, but store AND drive-through was managed by a single employee. There was no AC so the inside of the store had an oven effect where it was hotter inside than outside.

They have too many ways to make orders here. This store does in store, mobile and curbside orders. Due to this when they have a wave of orders it’s not really fast food especially if they have a limited amount of people working in the store. I ordered through the mobile app 4 minutes prior and they told me I had to go wait at the front of the store for 2 things for 8 minutes more minutes

This is the second review of this Dunkin I've made and let me say I go here every morning through the drive thru and they are excellent!! The woman taking the order recognizes me knows what I like and boom perfect every time!! The people at the window are always pleasant but with all that being said I would avoid this Dunks in the afternoon, different people and they seem so overwhelmed it's incredible. They never and I mean never get an order right. I try not to lose my temper because I know their trying their best.but it's like this every day!! My advice if you see a long line in the drive thru move on there's 2 more locations nearby.
The app say this dunkins was open that they closes at 10 pm we place the order it went through and everything and is only 9pm we went to pick up and for our surprise it was closed ridiculous this is literally stealing money because why their app and Google say they closed at 10 pm on Sunday and the place was already closed at 9pm and still taking orders on the app
