We had some apps and drinks here. The food was very tasty and came out very quickly, and the different margaritas we tried were good. The size of the plates were a bit small for the price or to split and the service was a little slow, but overall a good spot in Medford center.

We had the most delightful experience at El Tacuba! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the owners & hostess. Their friendliness instantly set the tone for our evening.As for the food, it was an absolute delight! Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors and cooked to perfection. This has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Have tried nearly everything on the menu, and found each offering as delicious as the last. The staff has always been friendly and the service has been great, even at peak times. Atmosphere is amazing ... have not been there when it hasn't been hopping, so recommend making a reservation. Great option to eat & have drinks before a show at the Chevalier. Highly recommend!

Genuinely "ok". Certainly very pricey for small portions and no sides. It was over $200 for 4 people, and only 2 alcohol drinks between us. Left still a bit hungry.

This is a newer restaurant in Medford, and they were surprisingly busy on a Saturday night. They obviously have a great following. Although it was busy and we arrived at 7:30, the service was very fast and food came out quickly. The tacos were incredible and all the other apps we got were just as good (ceviche, guacamole, elote). Very happy with the ambiance, service, and food here. Staff was really kind and cares about your experience.

Found out after the fact that it was a small portion restaurant, but it should have been apparent to the staff.. as we said we would split our meals with our two small children. My son Recieved two extremely small tacos on his plate that looked exactly the same.. looked like an average lunch size entree.. turns out half of it was mine & now ice cold as I waited over ten mins for mine to show up. It’s ridiculous.. they later claim the portions are small yet shareable but they definitely aren’t. Even when I complained, nothing to compensate for it. Not going back. Now I had to give my taco to my other child & go home to eat lunch. Forget this place.

Great open space, large windows, service is friendly and quick. Chose this place just by walking down the street and let the SMELL grab my attention and I'm glad I did. I will be coming back to have some more of their perfect portions and variety.

I really like El Tacuba. We've visited twice since discovering it 2 weeks ago. The food is excellent and plentiful. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hostess ran down the street to give us our 'left over' bag when we forgot it at our table. The place is popular and lively, so it can be noisy. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience everything very expensive and very small portions a taco 7 dollars and it had no flavor we were excited for a dish that had octopus we thought it would be a reasonable portion of octopus but it was a small arm of octopus for 18 dollars no definitely disappointed not in my opinion plans to return to this place never again was waste of money
